Deflated Glans and Firm Flaccid: Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

any updates on this problem? been suffering from deflated glans for 3 years and still looking for a solution

the hardflaccid forum seem to be frozen as well with no new guides and no registration

Hi guys, I wondered if I could have your input. Following some fairly heavy clamping I noticed a decrease in the tumescence of my glans and spongiosum. Not completely deflated but also not completely hard like they used to be. The same thing happened to me around 12 years ago after wearing a cock ring for too long and too tight. I do NOT however suffer the hard flaccid thing. Anyway I’m pretty depressed about it and it’s still with me 3 weeks on. I’ve stopped PE’ing for the time being and am taking nightly Viagra, horony goat weed, Largining and ginkgo biboa.

My question is about trigger point which from what I’ve read seems to be the holy grail for the hard flaccid problem. However the hard flaccid always eems to be lumped in with the soft glans thing. For someone who only suffers from soft glans do you think the trigger point therapy might be helpful or just a lot of time and effort for nothing

keeep going!

As far as I can tell you can have the hard flaccid or the soft glans or both and its still related to trigger points in the perineal region.

I’m fairly convinced it is a pelvic muscle issue. During erections I feel there is a internal “rod” in my penis that is pulling it back. I can even feel it clenching inwards. Leading to the erection inefficiency in the glans and seemingly hard flaccid. it might be even tied to the sphincter since it clenches back as well

I’ve been trying some ways to relax the pelvic muscles but that specific muscle won’t loosen up or simply immediately returns to the dysfunctional state.

Really would appreciate any new advice or information on how to fix it, even the HF forum seems to have lost steam on this

I’m pretty sure the “deflated glans” theory was largely debunked as over training and not enough rest, but guys just couldn’t accept that and looked for any other reason to sell the pseudo syndrome to themselves.

FYI I’ve also had this and gotten rid of it numerous times. It’s nothing more than a combination of overdoing it and having poor EQ from pushing yourself to have an erection when you need more time off. It goes away in a few months of active rest with light edging a couple times a week.

‘Deflated glans’ is a symptom not a ‘theory’, so I’m not sure exactly what you’re talking about. The CPPS theory that explains this symptom and the firm flaccid symptom was never debunked in the slightest. In fact there’s an entire forum at forum.hardflaccid.org that lends nothing but support to this explanation. Occurrence, duration and severity clearly vary hugely across those who suffer from these symptoms, if you have found a way to manage it for yourself; excellent. For many others, far more commitment and other measures are necessary for healing.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Can you elaborate on your treatment process? What extent of rest did you do?

I have tried resting for 6 weeks where my only erection activity was morning wood and involuntary ones, with no change on the problem

HF isn’t just EQ. You can actually get hard erections with HF but parts of your penis will stay soft in a “firm flaccid” state (usually the glans) some sufferers have the entire penis in this state unfortunately.

So hard flaccid is a pelvic floor problem????

Deep squats strengthen pelvic floor.

Explains why I hang recently and have developed a solid white head right before and long after the session to the next day. I thrusted my hips while hanging weight BTC only 5lbs but totally lost all feeling like light switch. I thought it was wrapping too tight but I guess not.

I have a torn tunica on the left side last September that a urologist verified but this pelvic stuff is interesting I knew the problem was located some where near my PC muscle it’s so weak. Any info guys?

Hi guys new to the forum really hope I can add something positive here.

I believe this issue could be porn related for myself and maybe other users too. There is growing evidence to suggest in some case porn addiction can cause neurological imbalances within the brain. These changes are reversible. I might add that seemingly low levels of pornography can cause changes in the brain.

Please investigate yourbrainonporn. Com & yourbrainrebalanced. Com for further evidence, both anecdotal and scientific. And no there is nothing being sold.

My sustained abstinence of 40 days from not masturbating organism and watching porn has appeared to relieve me of pelvic floor disorder. Morning wood is happening more frequently and my serve social anxiety has all but gone. My spots have gone which may seem trivial but I don’t get any now. It’s had profound effect on my life. This is not a moral crusade against porn either.

I still have a soft glans. I honestly think rest might help a lot of us.

I would like to add a pelvic floor specialist has confirmed my pelvic floor to be releasing and contracting correctly.

This is an idea on deflated glans (hard flaccid excluded), I came across this:

http://www.ncbi … /pubmed/7604482

Quote
OBJECTIVES:

The role of the bulbocavernosus (BC) and ischiocavernosus (IC) muscles in erection and ejaculation was studied.
METHODS:

The response of the urethral and intracorporeal pressure to cavernosus muscle stimulation was evaluated in 18 male volunteers (mean age, 36.6 years). A two-channel microtip catheter was placed in the prostatic and bulbous urethra. Muscle stimulation was done by two needle electrodes inserted into the BC and IC muscles.
RESULTS:

BC muscle stimulation caused an increase in the pressure of the bulbous urethra (P < 0.001) and corpus spongiosum (P < 0.01) and an insignificant change in the prostatic and pendulous urethral and corpus cavernosal pressures (difference not significant). IC muscle stimulation effected an increase in the corpus cavernosal pressure (P < 0.001) without changing the urethral pressure (difference not significant).
CONCLUSIONS:

The BC muscle contracts rhythmically at orgasm and this might help to eject the semen from the posterior to the anterior urethra. It is apparent that the muscle has minimal or no role in erection. IC muscle may have a role in erection by increasing the intracavernosal pressure. It seems that it has no role in ejaculation. BC may be considered the "muscle of ejaculation," and IC the "muscle of erection."

So basically I’m wondering if deflated glans are related to a weakness of the bc muscles.

I have erection problems as well.

Well I really need help or evaluation or just peace of mind right now because my situation has got me feeling down. I’m Only 16 BTW And I Joined This Forum to learn how to do PE but I have come across a problem that is leaving me unsure if I should start. My symptoms are as follows 1 I can get fully erect glans engorged and everything to porn and physical stimulation but it’s almost impossible to get erect while standing. Yet if I got one sitting down I can keep it standing up but if I stop applying physical stimulation while standing I lose it in like a few seconds it goes faster like almost immediate decline when I am stressing more so I think it may be psychological but sadly I am doubtful on this. If I am sitting down when physical stimulation ceases it will stay for at most 15 seconds when I have been masturbating before and can go down in like 5 seconds on some occasions but I’d say on average it starts to pulse and go down in like 10 seconds I literally watch it go down with every pulse. As for unintentional erections I never get random boners any more sometimes if I am horny and I push it with my leg it will become erect but visual sight basically doesn’t do anything anymore. I am very upset and I turned to this site because it seems you guys are very knowledgeable. I feel it is venous leak as I have looked up my condition and many people with it have the exact same symptoms. I have a urologist appointment in 5 days but if you could offer up any thoughts it would help me lot.
