Deflated Glans and Firm Flaccid: Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Check the last dozen or so posts in the other thread.

In case you aren’t up to date, this problem has been confirmed as being caused by muscle spasms in the pelvic floor area. It is an uncommon symptom of a relatively uncommon dysfunction known as Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS). The treatment is consistent (everyday) internal and external trigger point therapy, daily relaxation/meditation and specialized stretching. Pointless seeing a urologist, you need to find a physio who specializes in pelvic floor therapy who can teach you how to do it yourself.

I appreciate the reply Tweaking.

Have you seen any results personally?
Also, it might be difficult to go see a physio about this since most physios deal with pelvic floor issues on women only.
I will be looking into consulting with a physio on this.

Does anyone in the U.S know if medical insurance would cover such a treatment?

What if no hard flaccid and only soft glans/CS?

And a large vein on top that if I pinch the glans fills like normal?

I have the same issue as you. At first, I didn’t event think I had a deflated glans but surely enough I do.
I tried DMSO + Iodine but that hasn’t been effective for it.
I also am trying vein strengthening supplements but I get the feeling they won’t help either.

It would be nice if the trigger point therapy was something that could be explained online. But it looks like a physiotherapist needs to be consulted.

Trigger point therapy certainly doesn’t seem to be explainable online. One of the books mentioned in this guide to curing this problem is probably sufficient though.

Candy Man soft glans/CS is effectively caused by the same thing as firm flaccid. There’s a lots of muscles in that area and they all affect the penis differently. Some people only have soft glans/CS, others only have the hard flaccid, others have both, it just depends on which muscles in the individual are freaking out the worst.

I have this problem too. My dick gets hard but the head stays soft. Got this problem after a clamping session where I lost track of time and wore the clamp way too long.

Is this how most of you other guys also ended up in this situation?

Hi Tweaking, have you had any progress?

I think most of the people with this symptom needs to understand that our head (mind) affects our muscles, nerves etc’, our pelvis is influenced directly from our mental health, people who have type “A” personality seems to suffer from this problem, start meditating and work on living the moment, that will be the first step to cure your body (and pelvic floor).

Conquering my goals.

I got it from erect squeezes, so basically the same thing in terms of pressure building up for too long.

Whether you got it from some PE exercise or during sex or while or drugs (these 3 being the most common scenarios people report noticing the problem beginning) doesn’t really matter. The fact is, despite the apparent symptoms, this is in fact not an injury of the penis. It is caused by you clenching the shit out of your pelvic floor muscles in response to the activity you were doing. So if you say you ‘got it from’ erect squeezes or clamping or whatever: actually, you got it from your response to that exercise. It is natural for some people to clench their pelvic floor muscles to ‘protect themselves’. This is basically the subconsious trying to protect the area from damage, but unfortunately the nerve signals go haywire, the muscles stay clenched and then trigger points develop which prevent the muscles from ever relaxing. Imagine clenching your first and then not being able to unclench it. That’s what’s happening in your pelvic floor, constantly.

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Try some dmso+iodine+magnesium solution applied to anus & PC muscle after shower everyday then some
DMSO+Paba solution over penis shaft plus neck and glans head. After the DMSO+Paba rub Vit-e from 1x 400iu vit-e gel over penis shaft plus neck and glans head.

If no improvement after 2 weeks, add in Pentox 2-3 400mg pills a day .

Make sure its the 70% dmso gel solution and not the 99% dmso liquid. I ended up doing more damage with the 99% and experienced progress in 2 days from the 70% dmso gel.

Where did you order your 70% gel from. I’m UK based also, so would be interested to know your source.
