A non-ejaculatory orgasm per se doesn’t make me horny per se. It is more of a feeling that accumulates over time. It could also be that the physical activity of fucking makes it harder to fully relax your groin muscles as you are able to do when lying back enjoying a blow job.

I agree 100%. Good sex like that will make you very happy. This stuff works on men just like chocolate works on women. I remember the very first time that I tried this technique for an hour or so, I wanted to roar, scream, and jump out of the window. I was all happy, fully relaxed, and I felt like I could fly if I try.

I used to be able to move that energy all by myself, even without a girl, ;) and be all happy and content with myself. No special considerations really. You can easily incorporate flaccid super kegels into your routine. Maybe try doing one super kegel for every ten regular kegals: just hold and continue to strengthen the contraction until you’re tightly clenching all of the muscles of the pelvic floor, including the anus. Take long, slow, deep breaths as you do it, and visualize a seal at the base of you penis—like an internal clamp—that pushes further and further back into your inner penis. You should become aware of your prostate as you do this, since both of anal sphincters will be tightly contracted and the pelvic floor will be pulled up. Hold for at least ten deep breaths, then release and relax completely before continuing with regular kegals.

In my experience, once your BC muscle is conditioned (which it should be after two months) overtraining is not an issue.

I have a couple of more things that are not clear to me yet. I can’t seem to quite get the grasp of how should I move the energy from my genitals into my body, for me it seems like nothing is happening. Would you please go more in detail about it? Or maybe do I just need more experience?
