New guy here, my cock ring induced growth jumpstart

I’ve been a member for a long time but never really posted. I read a bunch here and sort of abandoned the whole idea for a long time. I had no partner and no interest in sex or anything for a few years.

Jump to present day, I’ve been having sex for about 3 months using a RingO by ScreamingO around the penis and testicles. My BPEL is over an inch longer. My girth is also about an inch wider. With the ring on, if I jelq and kegel while getting hard, the girth is mammoth. My penis is thick enough that now the ring is even sufficiently tight just around the shaft itself when erect. Another nice part since wearing the ring is that my penis is really vascular.

We have a lot of sex.daily sex, very often twice, sometimes three times a day; and they aren’t quickies. I am thinking that the “time under tension” (a phrase used in bodybuilding) while engorged and hard has spurred on this initial growth.

I don’t have a set PE routine yet, but I do warm up, stretch, jelq, and I squeeze (I’m not sure if I Uli or Horse.I need to re-read those). The squeezes are great, it’s like squeezing a long balloon.. The penis stretches out an inch or more and swells.

I think I’m ready for clamping, due to the amount of engorgement I have been getting from the RingO. I picked up a medium cable clamp yesterday and am looking to try it out today. I just figure it will be similar to the squeezes I do, but able to be held for much longer than my hand wants to do.

My initial question is that I read that clamping may hinder or stop length gains. If I keep stretching in my routine along with clamping, will that keep me having length gains?

Clamping never stopped me making length gains.

It is a very intense exercise though. It can also give wicked discolouration! Start gently.

They are cheap enough, so I would highly recommend it. Much better than any other I’ve tried.

I’m also in the process of trying out the horseshoe shaped ones called Hardwear. My experiences are mixed thus far, so until I figure them out fully, I won’t comment.

Clamps are a whole different ball game than cock rings, so be careful.

Completely different sensation, way more stressful.

Or better yet, if you are gaining with your current routine, why change it up?

Well, I want to cement it, make it permanent. I remember about 17 years ago I had tons of daily sex with one particular girlfriend, and I got longer; but it didn’t become permanent.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m going to keep using the RingO, and also try and get the Hardwear comfortable; but I’d like to see what else I can achieve through PE.

I was just over 5 inches BPEL way back when, and am almost 7 inches now. I’d love love LOVE 8-8.5.

Also, I forgot to mention part of my routine is while only partially erect, I reach in around the base, as far as my fingers can go, and massage from the pubic bone out forward.

Then let me tell you what I think cemented my gains.

Regular edging sessions. With the goal of keeping your dick as hard as possible for 30 to 45 minutes.

I got this idea from a sex manual called ESO: Extended Sexual Orgasm by Dr. Alan Brauer.

To make a long story short it is about Tantric Sex, but without all the philosophical trappings.

Anyway he reports that some of his clients gained penis size, and his theory was it was because they were maintaining and having very hard erections for 30 mins or more, either through “edging training” or sex with their partners.

At any rate I believe this is what worked for me in terms of cementing.

I will tell you that I have flirted with clamping several times, and always ending up stopping because I ended up having these weird unpleasant feeling of soreness. Not a good soreness like you get from jelqing or great sex. So you mileage may vary with clamping. Most of my girth came from pumping, which is a much gentler exercise.

Pumping is a much gentler exercise for sta because he was not overdoing it (as some do). One just needs to find that same ‘zone’ for clamping.

Yep, happened pretty much whenever I went over 7 mins or so, and perhaps the clamp was too tight. When I experiment with clamping again, I think I will stay in the 5 minute set range.

Right now I am getting some good results with slightly over 2.5HG pumping. In general, I believe I do better with “less is more”

But as I say, your mileage may vary, OnAgain - you may be a “less is more” guy, or you may be a “more is more” guy. As Lamp says, listen to your body!

May I ask, are you attributing these gains to the cock ring you’re wearing or the exercises or both? I’m a bit sceptical that a cock ring alone can deliver a 1” gain in length

Why are you sure that clamping is any better for cementing gains than what you are doing? There are a number of guys who reported great gains through clamping completely vanished thereafter. I think the best complementary exercise to cement girth gains is jelqing.

I have a question about those rings? Do you wear them while you are having sex? Does do anything bad long term? How often do you have to replace them?

My gains started before doing the exercises; just from wearing the ring. I believe I can attribute it to what someone mentioned above.edging.
I’ve been able to be super hard and have long sex sessions daily for months. I suffered a little injury (a new thread will come up in a few minutes about it), so I’ve been having sex without the ring this weekend and my penis length gains are definitely cemented. Yes, while having sex.
I wore one all day and kept it on after sex.and now I’ll be making a thread about what may be an injury.
Prior to that, however, I’ve worn a RingO EVERYDAY 1-3 times a day during sex since March. It was uncomfortable at first, but now I love it!

Slightly confused with how this works. You wear the RO all day long with a hard on?
