Please advice

Hello .. Can you tell me what is the best routine for increase in penis length and sexual stamina .. If possible without jelqing.

I did jelqing 3 years ago and I think it had a bad effect on my potency.

I also bought a bathmate pump, but I’m not sure that it affects the increase in penis length ..

If anyone has any advice for me I would be very grateful.

If I was in your situation, I would go for therapeutic heat from the beginning. Low weights, low stress. Here are a few examples of successful applications. Read them and you’ll get the idea behind it. Kyrpäs log is very long but full of information.

Strongly disagree.

There is no need for newbies to spend any money on PE gear or equipment. They need to focus on getting their penis in condition and used to PE activity and at the same time learning how their penis will respond and learning more about the various types of PE available to them. Heat is always good but one can use a rice sock or warm shower when starting out.

Once they have a better understanding of how their penis will respond they can better determine where and on what to spend money, if at all.

But the goal is to stress the tissue as little as possible.

You certainly won’t break anything with the newbie routine. However, I think it brings more stress and tissue than necessary.

A few people support your view versus many people recommend newbies focusing on the newbie routine. Kyrpa et al have made significant positive contributions to our better understanding of the field of PE. I think the disagreement is when it is best to apply those concepts. Ultimately I fall back on not encouraging Newbies to spend significant money on equipment when it is not needed.

In the last 3 years, things have changed and therefore recommendations also change. The fact that not everyone shares this is up to everyone. Our opinion differs on this point.

I don’t recommend investing huge sums right at the beginning, I’m with you on this. In the case of the heat pad, for example, the investment is really limited.

I have read about users who started with the heat pad and then switched to US. So the first experience was collected without spending much money, but already under therapeutic heat.

I would ask the same question. Sexual stamina.. Lots of approaches to this one, whether you would take some kind of supplements, or practice edging/ballooning with or without any tools (such as fleshlights), or just have more sex with your gf/wife. I’m curious what works for you guys as edging/ballooning (I do realise they are a bit different and not exactly the same thing) doesn’t really work for me. It makes me reach PONR quite swiftly, unless I focus entirely on my shaft and go really slow barely moving, which in the end of the day isn’t how sex usually is. The glans is also going to get involved and given that it is sensitive it would end things quicker than we want. I’d say it is similar to preparing for a boxing match by doing punching bag training only - It can’t hit back or dodge your punches but your enemy in the ring may just do so.

Several girlfriends back, she introduced Anal-eze desensitizing cream. It worked. On both of us. So much that my hard-on almost became mental, not physical. With that warning, I imagine it might have the same effect on vaginal parts if used in congruence.

As I said, that was years ago. I haven’t used it since. You might explore applying it beforehand, soaking, and then washing it off just before intimacy to make the effect singular, but it might be worth a shot, stamina-wise.

It will block clitoral stimulate just the same as stimulation for you. Remember that. The one time that I used it, I could not get off to save my life. She could take an ass pounding with it, though.

Don’t think it’s a good idea to recommend US to beginners. I wouldn’t recommend anything to a beginner that doesn’t have a proper guide especially something like US.

Thanks a lot for the tips. But now I am in even greater doubt .. Could I warm my penis in warm water and how long should it take? Standard 5 minutes before and after PE routine or longer? And what is your opinion about the bathmate pump?

My advice is to read and make up your own opinion.

Start with newbie routine and see what works for you. I did and after just a couple of sessions I realized that jelqing wasn’t anything for me but manual stretching was. I educated myself about manual stretching by testing and reading and one year later my cock was 2 cm longer. Later on you can start hanging or pumping or something else.
