With regards to wet jelqing and lube, I have to say that for me personally, vaseline is WAY better than water based lube. When I use water based lube, there’s not enough friction such that my hands slide too fast. With the proper amount of vaseline, there’s friction and I can really work the penis.

It’s messy, but worth it to me.

I have only used baby oil and olive oil when I do wet jelqing. Maybe II should try out Vaseline to work out my penis even more. I often do dry jelqing but sometimes it’s good to do soms wet jelqs combo after a dry jelqing session for example..

I think I will bye Vaseline tomorrow and mess up my dick some more :-)

Do you find that you measure a little longer in BPEL after the routine? If you were to measure at the end of the day, doing stretches first then later in the day the girth side.

I’ve been doing this routine for less than a week and I’m having good thoughts about it. I wont say anymore because I do not wish to jinx myself haha XD

Another small tip would be to really heat up the vaseline in the sink while doing your wet wraps for warming up.

Vaseline is without a doubt more messy, but you learn to live with it and take precautions to reduce the mess.

@mrweenie I saw the similar effect. I measures once after morning session and it was about 0.5” longer. I’m concerned this is a indicator of incoming growth (I’m slowly gaining from it).

Keep on doing this routine or something like this- it’s great.

I’ve only seen 0.2” measuring straight after, though it was a different ruler so next time I will use the same one and see what happens.

Though its still too early to know.

This stretch mode is a key to getting good length gains- even for me. Just keep on doing this v-stretches.

Also another question for the rest days. Would it be wise to not masturbate or do any light stretches during the 2 day recovery process?

I am just asking in regards to people having the theory that it will heal back to its previous state and not an elongated state as some people wear an ADS to maintain the length.

Due to the nature of this routine you stress your penis for 5 days straight so if the tissues increased by 0.1” or less (something not noticeable yet). Once stressed and the slightest gain is made which is the new cells coming into play. If you just wanted to have a 2 day break for healing and no PE. Do you think this will be fine or the light stretches would prove more useful?

Depends how tired your penis is. Is you have really gone for it, a couple of days proper rest is most likely a good idea. Otherwise, masturbation not done too vigorously will gently stretch the tissues and get good blood-flow into them, which is not a bad thing. You could do light ‘piss-pulls’ too, but don’t think of it as PE and try to stretch too much, just gently elongate the tissues.

Thank you firegoat, just the answer I was looking for!

Just wanted to confirm it was okay to do that and you answered pretty much all I needed.

I think the jelqing part is the most intense part of the routine, though I never have soreness or pain afterwards even if I have really good consecutive jelq sessions consistently.

That being said I do not wish to keep going past the 5 days mem suggested if a break will be beneficial, i’d rather avoid an injury. I will do some piss pulls on my second day off and maybe some light masturbation to provide blood flow and elongate the tissues :) .

I tended to prefer two days full rest from exertion, having earned it. Which is pretty much what you said. The more blood flowing on an off day, the better, I would have thought.

I started the thread but I don’t really own the routine any more, hopefully it gets better the more people who chime in with good advice.

How would you compare the stretch where you use the wrist of your other hand as a fulcrum (A-stretch?) to the one you outlined in this routine using a pot?

For some reason, I seem to be able to do the A-stretch better. Obviously, you miss the benefit of a heated pot. But they are pretty much the same, aren’t they?

I’m thinking of transitioning into this routine as I’m leaving hanging at the end of the year.
