New Jelq City!

Here’s a question for the uncut guys..

I have been trying this for going on two weeks, but I tend to feel some pain in the glans after doing 20 or so. Anybody else experience this? Remedies?

Well, I’m not uncut, but I did experience this from NJC jelqs at first. I just loosened up the pressure of the stretch and now I don’t get the pain.

I have also noticed soreness at the base of the shaft.. I’m having a hard time determining whether it’s skin (due to being uncut) or the ligs. I do NJC’s in the shower, so I imagine lubrication isn’t the problem. Any advice, thoughts?

I am cut but I think for this question it may not matter.

Lessen your grip a little is my advice. Been there done that. Its hard to maintain the exact same grip every time, so if I pay very close attention, I can feel the sensation in the head before it gets to what I would call a slight pain. At that point I lessen the grip. I have to basically be constantly watching and modifying my grip throughout the entire workout.

There may be some positives to the very, very, slight pain in the head. But I really can’t recommend that anyone jelq for pain.

I replace my manual stretches with these low erection level jelqs following my semi-erect jelq routine (for girth) which seems to be working quite well.

I have 2 questions. First what is the most practical way to increase the size of the corposum spongiosum? And second, can someone describe what a v jelq looks like? Perhaps even explain a couple of different jelquing hand grips? I am unwilling to variate from the excersizes that have been on here for a long time in the tutorial section but would like to hear about excersizes condusive to corposum spongiosum growth

For the first question, I think clamping have shown the most evident and regio-specific results.

I’ve been doing 10-20 percent jelqs like this but I’ve been pulling straight out with an underhand grip. Has anyone done them like that and had any results? Maybe I’ll try doing them straight down and see what the difference is. Something tells me I’ll feel more of a stretch that way.

Finally! I really like this New Jelq City technique. I have a rather hard erection and I read it somewhere that I need to do more stretching (especially targeting tunica). I find manual pulls are quite annoying as tends to get a bit painful the area under the head (where I grip). I find that area is overly gripped and started to feel bumpy veins.

After trying this straight down (SD) low erection jelqing, I can really feel the pull as if I was doing a manual pull! This jelq is even better since there’s less pressure put on the gripping area for manual pulls. I can constantly stretch my ligs and inner penis without interruption from changing hand position and giving my hand some resting.

This is fantastic!

By the way, has anyone tried to jelq upward (OK grip still) to concentrate on upper tunica?

Thanks for bumping this thread kubchaser :) I saw it once before and didn’t take much notice or even read through it. I’m on a rest day at the moment, and tomorrow my projected EQ will be far too high to attempt this, so we’ll make it the day after. I’ll let you know what I think.

I have problems keeping an erection during a jelqing sessions but it does feel that the blood I have pumped in should be enough to work with. But now and then I work up a new low erection and when I loose it I have used a really hard grip. I have got allot of spots and some pain in my glans the day after. People here on thunders have told me I am overdoing it. These kind of jelqs would be perfect for me if they work sine I am working on length first. I will try them for sure. TY.

Look I am 60 and have ED and so I do lots of limp or low erection jelqs and let me tell you, they are very useful because

1) they circulate blood
2) they stretch
3) they add to flaccid size
4) they add to erection quality

However, in my experience the real gains are achieved when doing erect jelqs so just do both and whenever you feel down or you have a hard time getting hard, just go on and do the flaccid jelqs, but don’t just limit yourself to those because that’s not where the big gains are.
