Tell me about your permanent clamping gains

I’ve started looking at clamping some, even though I am not sure I am competent enough to do it (can I properly open a cable clamp quickly? I wouldn’t bet on it).

Reading through the threads it seems there are a fair number of guys who start clamping, report some initial gains and just VANISH off the board.

If you have gained from clamping it would be great to hear about how much you have gotten and any details.

I havent made any gains yet but I dont think it shapes well with my unit, therefore not enough pressure. But I assure you the cable clamp is the easiest thing in the world to open unless you only have one hand without a thumb.

I recommend Monty’s Air Clamp. I am gaining from it. I do incorporate it into a broader routine though, but I feel strongly that the clamp is contributing heavily to my gains. Read my story on the PE data site, it details the routine and my initial PE, 4 years absense, and my re-starting in Septemeber 2008. (then I don’t have to fill a page here explaining) I’ve gained 1/4” girth since I added clamping (5 months ago)

Not to dog the cable clamp guys, but I’ve tried them, and I think they suck. The Air Clamp is the best thing that ever happened to me in PE. (second being my pump)

I’ve been triple clamping for a long time now.

I wouldn’t gain now just from clamping, I do other stuff too (which may or may not be getting me gains at the moment).

The clamping that was getting me gains was very intense though. I was triple clamping as well as putting additional pressure on my cock by compressing it. A set for me would be between five and ten minutes.

Beretta92 - I like the multitasking approach you have in your routine. 1/4 inch in 5 months sounds pretty damn good. Will look into the airclamp.

Mick - are all three clamps at the base? Did you run into any EQ issues when you were doing that.

I second the recommendation of the air clamp. I was scared about clamping for a long time but I recently got the air clamp and used it yesterday for my first clamping set ever. I only did a 2 min set but it felt great. I will slowly work up to 5 min sets when I think I can handle it. I just got a pump with gauge today so I will be doing pumping with routine on wed., clamping on thurs., rest fri., pump sat., and clamp sun., rest on mon. and tues. The air clamp is simple to use and I’m not scared of clamping anymore. No wrapping needed so it is quick to use, slap it on and pump.

Yep, multi-tasking makes it so much easier to stay motivated, stay focused on getting in my 40+ minute routine every day. It is so hard to find the time otherwise! I think that is one of the top reasons so many people drop out of PE. It takes a lot of time and dedication, and most people lead such busy lives. I am however one of the “more is more” people, as I am nowhere near a newbie to PE. Well-conditioned.

I can walk around the bathroom and/or house with my air clamp or pump on. I can do other shit while I’m in routine. Only thing I have to dedicate all my attention to is the warm-up and jelq session at the beginning. I have the Kaplan pump, and the release it has is great. Pump it up, disconnect the tube/pump handle, and the thing stays pumped until I re-attach the tube and hit the release button. Air clamp is so good, you can walk around with the little bulb dangling, and without any loss of pressure. It is very light weight.

I know this question was directed at Mick, but I’d like to share something similar about the Air Clamp. As far as EQ issues, I am 2 weeks back into PE after a 2 week de-con break (while we were in Jamaica). The clamping had a very slight negative effect on EQ during the 5 months I did it before break. Not too bad, and it was workable, as I knew I was gaining. Now back at it, ramped back up to full intensity, my EQ is better than ever. Flaccid hang and plumpness is better than ever also. The de-con break did something good for sure, as now I do my full routine and my night and morning wood is better than ever! It is a bit early to report this as cemented, but I honest to God think I have added another .15” girth since being back from de-con for just a little more than 2 weeks. I’m getting an extra .2” expansion when fully clamped, than I got before de-con. I am always measuring expansion when clamping, and it was always right about 1/4” more than my normal MSEG. This is a very good sign! I very confident that within a couple weeks I’ll be able to report, that for the first time in my life, I’ll have reached the 5” (girth) club! That is a big deal for me, and I have been very conservative in reporting my stats in the past, as I want to make sure they are completely cemented before doing so. (I started my PE career way, way back with a PATHETIC 4.375” girth)

Yes, all at the base pressed against each other.

No, no eq issues, but I don’t seem to really get these like other people do.

This is what worries me! Allot of guys on here have gotten bad discolouration and I wonder if it’s got that bad that they left?I dunno maybe I’m just being paranoid!

Lol thanks. Going for 6.6 girth, not sure if what I’m doing right now is working or not… we’ll see.

Unfortunately I’ve never even tried to fuck anyone in the ass, nothing to do with my size though, just hasn’t come up.

Ok well I tried once at 5.75 inches in girth and it wasn’t working, lol… but that’s my fault. We didn’t use a whole lot of lube, and I didn’t really prep her in any other way.

I am concerned about this also, I think I might do clamping for 1 minute sets. After the minute is up then take off clamp and massage, jelq, masturbate a little then do another clamp set. Maybe this will help prevent or greatly reduce discoloration if I don’t clamp for one long extended period.

I was thinking of something similar. At the moment I’m focusing on length so I won’t be clamping as part of my routine for some time but I do want to in the future so iv been looking into it.

Would 1 minute be long enough though? When I tried clamping a while ago I did 5 minute sets and I kept having to give my unit a few strokes here and there to keep him up. 1 minute sets would be frustrating to take the clamp on and off and have to get hard again?

But saying that if it could help/stop discoloration then id get over it :)

If some seasoned clampers could chime in on if 1 minute sets are enough please.
