Hey Pumpers, TG here! I done burst in like I got big news…but I’m running an experiment inspired by Bill10. He created and ran Intermediate routine for girth. Only manuals. as an experiment to see if he could generate girth in a 6 month time span. I’m going to run a similar experiment…not sure if I’ll run it for 6 months but…I’m thinking at least 2 or 3. I like changing routines too often to run something for 6 months BUT if I come up with results…then I’ve got something worth sharing! Anyway, to the meat of the matter below

Current Size As of Routine Start Date-8.87x6.125" BPEL and MSEG

Supplies Needed

Pump-DP4000 DP-4000 DIGITAL MAXIMIZER, penis enlargement products

Pumping sleeve-ABSilicone Sleeve http://www.absi licone.com/peni … ing-sleeve.html (I know I’ve talked about the order hazard of ABSilicone already)

Pumping Cylinder-I also prefer VelSeal Cylinders from Pumptoys https://www.pum ptoys.com/catal … om-Long-34.html but if you’re a pumper, you have your own tube preferences and I’m sure you have one picked out.

Clamp-I use this clamp https://www.del city.net/store/ … CFRKUfgodgBcOcA but your clamp of choice is definitely the recommendation, if you have one.

Session Notes

If possible, I recommend a deconditioning period prior to this routine. As it is relatively lightweight, many of the more hardcore PE practicioners will experience little to no gain on principle. This being said, it is your choice ultimately not mine.

Day 1 (Day 4):

Do a little edging to warm up around 5-10 minutes. Then

Lightweight Routine #1-Stretching and do this for 5-12 minutes. You can err on the shorter size if you have a heat source, I recommend the longer side if you do not.

That is all for Day one.

Day 2 (Day 5):

Use your warmup of choice, which for me is usually edging a while. Probably from 6-12 minutes.

I will be pumping using my DP4000 to the following pressure pattern with the silicone pumping sleeve around my penis while within the tube and a heating pad contacting the tube to keep the temperature consistent.

1.5 HG 30 seconds
3 Hg 30 seconds
2 hg 30 seconds
4 hg 30 seconds
3 hg 30 seconds
5 hg 30 seconds
1.5 30 seconds
4 hg 30 seconds
2 hg 30 seconds
5 hg 30 seconds

**If you are a manual pumper, the HG pattern only needs to be approximate. I would hold the pressures more like a minute and let them slow leak for the last 30 seconds or so, to keep the actual labor of perfect pressure to a minimum. As the electric pump does similar and only repressurizes once it leaves the general range of the current pressure setting. Do not exceed 6HG or graduate the pressure of this routine upward. It’s an experiment after all. *chuckles*

The pump session is designed to be from 10 to 30 minutes. If you haven’t pumped for this duration before, start with 5 minutes and work your way up to 10 and then stay where you are most comfortable as far as time.

After you conclude the pumping session, take 5-10 minutes to get the feeling and blood flow back normal in your penis. If you can muster an 8 or better erection, clamp ONE TIME for 7-10 minutes. Then warmdown.

Day 3 (Days 6&7) is for rest.

Other Session Notes

For the second cycle during a 7 day total week, on the second workout day, work out a little harder if you like.

I recommend extending your pumping time a little and that you do 2 clamping sessions for no more than 7 minutes instead of the normal 1 ranging from 7-10 minutes and remember, take 2 days off. This will have the week cut into equal pieces so you can have a regular schedule.

My theory at the end of this is to see some girth and length with a minimum of work. It is to disprove the going theory that all clamping and pumping has to be done to high intensity, long duration and high repetition counts to be effective.

Have fun with it. I mean, in my opinion as long as PE takes you don’t have to rush it and get hurt. And it shouldn’t be such a timesink since you don’t really gain that much faster by sinking 2 or 3 times the amount of time daily into it.

After all, you can scale up your heavy equipment as much as you want. Getting more done with less…now that’s a real accomplishment isn’t it?

See, pumping and clamping are famous for EQ drops, they recommend never doing them on the same day as a result. I never have, though folks here do, and I think there’s benefit to it…in a small or moderate setting.

No one has really touched on it, though. So I figure we could give it a good shot.

Well having tried it last night I actually found my EQ to go up as well as vascularity and hardness of erection.

Preliminary results

Finished first 2 day set of routine.

Preliminary results, post workout girth was 6.5”, erection was stone hard after the single 10 minute clamp session.

Total pump time 18 minutes, total clamp time 10 minutes.

Very positive thoughts about this routine.

I have a question, why clamp after pump?

Have you tried clamping first then pump. I get less fluid build up if i do it this way.

For this experiment, I want to maximize how much stress I give the penis in the smallest time possible. So, I think the chance of fluid buildup is greater but I use less time. So, I’m adding as much stress in a short time as possible. If I were pumping for a longer duration I would not clamp at all on the same day. But, I know the fluid buildup risk is higher, hence the short durations.

I think it’s a relatively intense short routine, which is my goal here for this setup. I got very little buildup after the routine was done, which I think is optimal. Just a little buildup means you’ve reached just a bit past the limit. But not to excess, danger or too much fatigue. So this, in my opinion is the optimum outcome for this routine. Just a little bit of fluid buildup.
