What about using plastic with epoxy resin? Plastic does reflect 97% of all soundwaves

I just sent the same model back to Amazon with one terminal not functioning. Getting this one instead. https://www.amazon.com/s . Has dual display so you don’t have to manually switch between channels. Some come with stainless steel probes that could be used for urethral temp or you could purchase one separately. Not sure of your options in the UK.

Starting: (3/1/20) BPFSL 6.75" NBPEL 6.5" MSEG 4.9"

Now: BPFSL 7.5" NBPEL 7.0" MSEG 5.0"

Goal 8" NBPEL 6" MSEG

Thanks for prompt reply. Do you mean the Leaton one? It looks like it’s sold in the UK too but with different branding:

Simply put a metal ruler on top, that could reflect all soundwaves? @Kyrpa.

Metal absorbs only 3 % and reflects 97%.

Have I understood wrong that when using ultrasound we want material to absorb as much as possible so it does not reflect sound waves back?

OTL absorbs. A phantom can be a replacement for the leg. Here is the theory:
Heating problems with extender users

I implemented it like described here:
US Phantom made of silicone

Yes. That is what I thought. We don’t want material to reflect but absorb.

Even easier. Use your own leg. Tried and proven.

What about a thermal camera? I have one around the house that I use for hunting, Instead of using thermal couplers I can just record the temps way easier?

If you were as crazy as all of us, you would buy thermocouples, measure it and match it with the thermal camera and report back to us :P

Test it. I use thermal camera at work and my experience is that it’s not so accurate measurement. But that shows where is hottest and coldest spots. Thanks for the idea. I’ll look my heated dick with thermal camera. It can take a photo. It would be quite embarassing if I accidentally took photo of my dick and some my co-workers would find it in camera.

Also what if we followed:

1 off = Rest
- 1 on => UT = Elongate
1 off = rest
- 1 on => UT = Elongate
1 off = Rest
- 1 on => UT = Elongate
1 off = Rest

~ Does the literature state that has to be done 3 consecutive days in order to elongate the tendon?
Like:

1 off = Rest
1 off = Rest
- 1 on => UT = Elongate
- 1 on => UT = Elongate
- 1 on => UT = Elongate
1 off = Rest
1 off = rest

Or Can it be done in alternate days? (As I stated above)

That’s the only part of the protocol that I don’t have clear.

What do mean by “literature”?
Kyrpä’s recommendation is 3 on 2 off, that means the later of your examples. You can also run it alternately. It’s simply a question of efficiency.

What I have understood is that gains happen during single session. Off days for allowing progress go longer before tissue toughening occurs.
