I think he is talking about putting the fulcrum on the side. If your dick bends to the left, put the fulcrum on the right-hand side. If your dick bends to the right, put the fulcrum on the left-hand side.
I have a slight curve, too and upon observing my dick I am pretty sure it is because one CC is bigger than the other. It starts widening right where the curve begins. Not 100% sure why it developed this way. I guess it is either from the intense and long bundled stretches I did back then and/or girth work such as jelqing. My right hand can apply more pressure than my left hand. I guess I have more pressure on the left CC, then. Any other ideas where it might come from and ways to correct that? I have thought about fulcrum hanging, too, putting the fulcrum on the left side (my dick bends slightly to the right-hand side) and jelqing with my left hand only or separating the right CC while doing other girth exercises.
On a sidenote, my dick has a little twist in it, too. Hardly visible, but I can see it and I guess it is from the bundled stretches. You gotta be careful with these. They are powerful.
