I almost slipped again. I went to a porn site. But…I’d click on the videos…nothing would happen. My mind wouldn’t rev up. Funky camera angles and overly made up women…in seconds I was turned off. I just…I don’t need porn anymore. And the reason is…I am my own porn star. And not because I have a giant penis. But because…the person I am…is happy enough with my entire self that I don’t need porn to pad my ego. Or to validate me or my journey.

Not anymore.

So many of us are measuring ourselves based on invisible and inflated "numbers" generated from porn. So many of us are trying to "measure up" to these "cock titans" that we are forgetting something. We are forgetting the intrinsic value of our penises. Forgetting the value of our own vital self-concepts and instead basing self-esteem on "how close we can get to Mandingo/Shane Diesel/Danny D/Insert 17 other porn stars here" and expecting good results. The fact is, using adult stars as role models is self-destructive. Because…they aren’t real. The images they portray are not real people! They are exaggerated caricatures of real people in incredibly contrived fantasy situations that strain to mimic real life to make money!

Fredrick Lamont is famous for being short, like 5’ 7" short. How can you measure up to someone who can move the bar for the goal at leisure, with a director, film editing and props?

I was in the mirror, looking at myself and I realize…I’ve run out of lube. I have to get more if I want to keep having sex this week. Until your PE journey is about you reaching goals that you set for yourself for personal reasons, it will never truly be of value to you. Only a little bit.

If you really want to do something, you have to decide to put the time in. You have to literally decide something is worth your time, worth the effort, worth pain and failure over time to succeed. Nothing worth doing is easy. Nothing worth doing will happen overnight or any time soon. You have to increase the amount of attention you are willing to give the things you want to do.

If you do not commit to something, you will not experience long-term gain and benefit from that thing. Whether it’s swimming or PE or studying. You have to be willing to put the time in and you have to think…”is this something I’m willing to put serious effort into?”

There is no magic method that makes you commit to something. I can’t say something and it be the equivalent of Ritalin or some other attention focusing medication. You have to decide what’s worth doing, then…realize that it is what you want and do it like it matters to your life.

Thank you! I will go for what i want to do in life, and give my life some order. I have been far too lazy recently. I am willing to start practising now for last year of my mechanical engineering degree. My family has a history of mental illness so it gets difficult sometimes :(

I cannot tell you what to work on. Additionally, 100 jelqs and extreme PE methods by October isn’t good math. Assess what gains you have by October. Decide, when that time comes, what you want to work on. Try different exercises cautiously and get to know what you want to try next.

Suddenly going extreme in a set time frame won’t make better gains. Understanding how PE works for you is key. 100 jelqs is still a newbie level of understanding. Rushing forward would be a poor choice.

I recently have “come out” about PE, and I must say it is so freeing to not feel restricted from doing it around your SO. I really think it has a positive effect on PE, the relationship, and our confidence.

I do not hang, but I do use a captains wench and I also found a short clamp set before stretching to be very beneficial. Glad to hear others are getting positive results from it as well, we may be on to something here 😉
Side note, I made a rick sock that fits around my cock so I can be heating it will doing the clamp set, feels like that’s taking it to the next level. I may put out instructions for it some day but if you’d like to try it I can PM you some general directions.

Hanging Day #7- 5 clamp warmup, wrap problems

Started clamping with 5 clamps for 5 minutes. Added 1 clamp per minute until 5 was reached then disengaged all clamps after 1 minute at full tension. Pics here: Warmup for hanging day #7 (uncensored)

Hung 5lbs Straight down for 15 minutes x2
105/240 minutes of Straight Down accomplished

**Roughly an hour later performed a single pumping set in 2.25” Velseal tube

Subliminal played
Heating pad used to warm tube 10 minutes prior to set
Manual hand pump used

1 minute 10HG
1 minute 12HG
1 minute 14HG
1 minute 45 seconds 16HG (cuz I fiddled with the camera for that long for a single picture)

Other notes

Wrap problems today. My method of wrapping has finally failed. I usually wrap the base, then when applying the hanger I stretch my penis out so that when the hangar is applied it shifts less when weight is connected. The amount of stretch today actually made the hangar go completely uncovered, so the wrap is mostly ornamental at this point during the first set. This is clearly seen in the latter 3 pictures linked above.

Pain in the left topside of the base from pinching. I wear my Bib canted 90 degrees (so the left side faces up) so if you wear it where the opening is on top, the area of pain would be the underside left.

However, EQ between sets is still rock hard 10/10 and I have added a few erect stretches. One today got a ligament pop on the right side.

For second set, got wrap all around area covered by hangar. Experienced a lot of shift. It appears the happy medium of about 1” of the base uncovered gives best grip without massive unwrapped pinching. I’m not as hardcore…not yet.

Tomorrow set will be 2x15 minutes with 6.25lbs. That weight will be held for probably most of the remaining time Straight down for this cycle.

Lately base girth has been 18.8cm or 7.4”, a step up from 7.2”

Mid shaft girth has been 15.9cm or 6.25”

Refusing to take a BPEL measurement for another 11 days however. Official numbers all around will be around the 24th, starting the 21st

Well, I’ve wondered what it would be like if she walked in on me doing something like hanging. She’s seen me pump before but…this was different. It wasn’t an event at all.

I’m thinking I’ll progress to Tiger Trap warmups before the experiment ends. Issue is building the damn thing. *laughs* So far though, I think these warmups are vital. I must continue them. And maybe, between sets since I’m getting 100% erect, I’ll do them as well for a few minutes.

You can send me some directions if you like. I’m always up to learn something new.

I get fully hard between sets, with various methods with no issues. So the cold doesn’t stick around. I also take around 20-25 minutes, or whenever I’m done, to rest between sets. Edging or what have you. But you’re correct on all counts regarding the cold.

how much time did you take from 1 clamp to using 5 ? do you get positive PI´s with such intense work like morning wood?

GL with hanging the sd position, I got some gains from it and also BTC but I prefer extender.

Compression PE, Clamping, multiple clamps and Tiger Traps, Tunica Tenderizers are only dangerous when not worked up to.

I’ve got a ton of experience clamping. If you check back through my log, up till the end of May I did multiple clamps. Started in the beginning of the year. All the “IPR” routine entries before this one featured multiple clamps. I did not start with 5 just today out of nowhere. I know my PIs for it.

Usually strong PIs. Which I’ve listed since I started hanging as well.

My total time clamping is well into years, multiple only this year.

Hanging Day#8- Getting in the swing

Put on subliminal
Edged for about 15 minutes
Clamp for 5 minutes. Used 5 clamps, applied one per minute, stacked on top of each other from the base.
Did Sumo Stretches and behind the leg stretches while bent over for about 3 minutes
Rested a few minutes
Hung 6.25lbs for 20 minutes x2
145/240 minutes of Straight Down hanging accomplished

Other notes

Learning proper hanger torque is hard. It doesn’t have to be “as tight as it gets for the setting” but…to get it exactly right…I guess takes more time and experimentation.

Wrapping close to the base, about 1/4” from the base then tugging to my stretched length before fastening the hangar closed seems to get exactly half of clamped without the wrap and the upper part clamped with the wrap. This affords a good mixture of comfort and grip that limits the slippage of the hangar for set duration.

New weight, first couple minutes were very uncomfortable then were normal.

Also, after 15 minutes noted increased glans engorgement, despite being flaccid (how I hang). Moved sets to 20 minutes

After removal of the hangar from the first set, warmth and…tired feeling in left and right side of penis near base. I guess this is “the fatigue” and I’m supposed to “ride the fatigue” somehow. I’ll try and squeeze in a 3rd set, just to check this theory. But upping time and weight in one day is a poor choice, even though I’m playing mostly light today compared to veteran hanger users.

Also strong EQ between sets again.

Between set 1 and 2 used 4 clamps for 3 minutes and did Sumo Stretches for around 1 minute. A couple small ligament pops were felt.

After second set, penis had a distinctly fatigued feeling. Still 9-10 EQ after but it took longer to regain. Good way to conclude a workout.

Plan tomorrow is to increase time to 3 sets of 20 minutes. This is my optimum. Hopefully this is a precedent I’m able to maintain.

Sex After a Heavy Workout

I never thought I’d get to the point of where I watch these guys write up entries about having sex after a long and tough workout. But…it actually happened. I had no trouble getting erect. Erection was between 60-80%, which is good for me and is extremely good if you read the prior entry regarding the hanging. I had sex less than 20 minutes later, cuz life and PE just exist. Great to hear of your success TG. You mentioned using a infrared heat. How do you like it compared to a rice sock or heating pad? I have been slacking on my warm ups mostly due to the time and oddity of holding a hot sock on my dick. Thanks man.
