The Holy Grail of PE is found!!!

Thanks Penismith. I had read that one and the study you are refering to has some interesting references to fibrosis. Internally the CC isn’t exactly like the tunica, but the study talks about fibrosis leading to the strengthening of connective tissue in the penis which to me sounds like the same material as the tunica. Also the Potaba studies I read on peyronies say they treat the fibrosis which improves the peyronies.

Peyronies is caused by lesions, similar to scar tissue,in the outside of the cc or tunica, I’m not sure exactly which, but they’re basically in the same place. If this helps peyronies maybe it will help the toughness of my penis. Because when I say tunica feels like a leather strap, I am talking about the same place, the outside of the cc or the tunica. I don’t know which (because I can’t see inside) and don’t care as long as my experiment has a chance of being successful or at least preventing future toughening. Also, there are no real harmful side affects of taking 6gm of PABA that I can find, except for maybe it not working. What do you guys think?

Thanks Penismith.
I do lift weights and PABA is supposed to help muscular strength in a small way, so I don’t mind taking it. I decided to take 4gms of PABA per day instead of 6. Mostly I want to prevent fibrosis, not cure peyronies. Overtime hopefully it will make a small difference.

PABA is just an extract from the vitamin b family, considered a non essential vitamin. From everything I’ve read side effects are low to non existent. After all millions of people a day smear PABA on their bodies with sunscreen. If you have any information why I shouldn’t be taking PABA let me know, I’m all ears. However, it is available without a prescription in any health food store.
Thanks for the concern.

I think it is interesting that PABA (Potaba) is used for peyronis and skin disorders “to make the skin more flexible” as I read on one web site. Also interesting that it is taken orally, not topically to give this effect. It seems like it would be a good experiment to see if it improves results of PE. If it somehow softens up connective tissue, I can imagine hanging 10 pounds one day and watching my dick grow before my eyes! Or clamping and seeing it inflate like a balloon!

It does seem relatively safe, with a max dose of 12g per day. Liver damage, low blood sugar, and skin rashes are infrequent side effects but something to keep in mind.

Keep us informed Figaro! Are you planning on taking it while doing PE, or while giving yourself a deconditioning beak? I would maybe do both. The study I read for Peyronies looked at results 12 months after the therapy, so you might need to try it for a fairly long period before noticing any effects.

Horny Bastard

Actually, upon closer inspection, the common denominator between all of the subjects is the prolonged engorgement. The potaba is not necessary. If this works, and I don’t know that it does, it results from the prolonged erection. Mind you, this is not a 100% erection, but an erection in the range of just being hard enough for sexual insertion. It seems that this must be maintained for 3-6 hours per day and 3-4 times per week. The erection does not have to happen all at once, meaning that one can do this for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening with the same result. I don’t think it matter how one gets the erection, manic edging might work. Fuck, could that ballooning thread be the key?:D

The use of vasodilators seems to be the common thread here. There are studies out there showing that those who used drugs like cialis and viagra, who actually needed them, regained the ability to have an erection without them after prolonged use. Does anyone have those on hand? If not I can look them up. But I think that perhaps using a mild dose of cialis eod could assist PE gains. I don’t think I’m alone in this. One thing that concerns me though is that having a partial chub going could interfere with hanging and make it more dangerous.

“Nightly sildenafil may help promote erectile function as the result of its beneficial effect on endothelial cells,” Frank Sommer, MD, said in a press briefing. “Nocturnal erections promote adequate oxygenation of the penis and reduce collagen levels, and nightly sildenafil facilitates nocturnal erections.”

This may be the mechanism of how PE like jelquing and pumping can help ED.

That and overall IMPROVED oxygenation due to expansion of the circulatory system in the penis.

It should also reinforce the concept of how important nite wood is…not just as an INDICATOR of penile health, but a promoter and maintainer of it.

I would seem then that once you move into overtraining enough to lose proper nite wood, it may have a snowball effect of leaving your penis in further weakened condition for the next round of abuse.

Watch your PIs gentlemen!

At the FIRST sign of overtraining….CUT BACK OR TAKE A REST DAY!

mravg, I do plan on taking PABA during my decon break and while peing.

I am taking it to speed up my decon break and to prevent toughening when I start peing again. I do think I will need to take it for quite a while to see if it helps. When I start peing again, I will be doing it slightly differently so its kind of a bummer that I won’t know if that is the reason, if I gain, but I’m just not patient enough to make that my only change. Hopefully, I’ll get a mild indication if my tunica doesn’t harden up as much as it used to. After 2 weeks my tunica is getting softer, but I doubt it’s because of the PABA, it’s just been too soon. If I do get some gains, I’ll post about it and then someone else can try it if they want to. It’s cheap with low side effects so at the worst I think it will just be a waste of a little money.

I’m definitely starting to think that prolonged engorgement is the way to go and I’ll be changing my routine in line with that once my cialis gets here. PABA is just a side show.

sparkyx,

I think you are probably right on the money with the PIs. I have not thought enough about them in all my years of PE. I am beginning to wonder if it is all about the hang one has after their routine. What % erect is the hang and how long does it last. This might be the most important factor. The only important factor. Perhaps the intensity of the workout is only important in regards to the after workout hang it stimulates? I am getting redundant here, I know, it is a big paradigm shift for me.

I wish I had kept better notes but I am fairly certain that I gain when my flaccid hang is very good.

Figaro, I think Penismith was suggesting that if you lifted weights the PABA might have some unwanted effects on the connective tissues in your joints.

On another note, the Patent application talks of Potaba. p-Aminobenzoic Acid Potassium Salt is available at fairly low cost from research chemists.

A quick response (without references) for eample, you attach a TEMS (portible electric devices used for pain management), emitting small amounts of direct or pulsating electicity to the area, does not appear to trigger a chronic erection per the duration of the treatment; this has been my observation, experience and intuition. Though electrical stimulation has beenused for contraction of striated muscles and sometimes sold for bodybuilding purposes, the penis with smooth musculature is somewhat different. It still remains an interesting subject.
