Using the ultrasound for therapeutic heat in PE

What about for those of us who use infrared light? Any advice on what to use to cover the balls?

Anyone else using this gorilla glue tape on their penis? I bought some but I’m scared to use it. 3m medical tape already gives me enough problems lol. But if this gorilla tape really didn’t hurt to take off, it might be great for covering the glans to prevent blisters, too.

C’mon man is just a tape. Just peel it off. I came up with the gorilla tape idea and never even crossed my mind being scared of a tape lol.

I would choose medical/ sport tapes having fabric mesh structure.
Unlike gorilla, the ultrasound gets through it when wet with the gel.

I suspect gorilla giving fairly optimistic readings as it behaves reflector like.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

The doctor sad heat can trigger growth of tumor or even cause them if you already have some kind of bad cells down there. I don’t cry, it is how it is now.

But for the future, Kyrpa, do you know any material that I can put around or infront of my balls that block the ultrasound waves??
I couldn‘t find answers in google to this. And to all others reading this. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL, NEVER POINT THE HEAD OF THE DEVICE IN THE DIRECTION OF YOUR TESTICLES, even when your dick is in between. And everyone trying to get an even bigger dick and experimenting and taking risks: CHECK YOUR TESTICLES every now and then by an UROLOGIST. And they should take a blood sample and look for tumor markers. My tumor was cancer but the chances are very good that it didnt spread and that I don’t have to do a chemo. So guys check your balls every now and then, women are checked by their gynecologist like twice per year on cancer, we never get checked in our testicles do we.!

Wish you guys all the best

IMO, you should be very grateful about your circumstance. There is no way US at such a low dose caused your tumor. You had testicular cancer that might’ve gone undetected for quite some time if you hadn’t accidentally aggrevated the area. You undoubtedly caught things much sooner than you otherwise would’ve.

That said, I’m not encouraging anyone to use this method as a test for cancer. Regular blood work is advisable though.

Aluminum foil, but not if also using ultrasound

Any engineers here? Wondering about the best way to tape, and whether a glans cap is really beneficial in addition to proper taping.

I’ve always done a couple small strips of 3m tape on the top around the urethra, but a video I saw yesterday suggested wrapping the tape sort of tightly on and around the glans, almost compressing the glans with the tape a bit.

My chances of having blisters reduced drastically by using water as an intermediate inside the cup. I have penimaster pro cup, vachanger and vacextender 4.1 cups. With all of them I’ve added a leluv female adapter.

- I’ve never could figure out a way to use the penimaster with water.
- vachanger is the easiest and I can hang +7kg of force with it. The whole setup robs away a bit too much surface area if you are using US
- vacextender 4 can be done in such a way that it doesn’t take so much surface area of the shaft.

I followed the taping video on the total man site, in the vac Hanger product page. I haven’t been vac hanging long but haven’t had any issues yet. I know others have used this too and have not got any issues either

That’s what I do and haven’t ever had a blister.

Thank’s for sharing. That looks like a really solid technique to prevent blisters.

I’ve tested a few different similar units out of India. They are garbage with terrible and often painful wave profiles and they have very short life. IMO, stick to the following units;

Cheap — US Pro 2000
Mid Range — Soundcare Plus
Top Range — Therasound Evo
Luxury — Therasound Evo w/Autosound

If the seller can’t provide the BNR value for the machine, buyer is taking tremendous risks.

It means machinery is untested in regards of user safety.
