February Measurement and Decon Decision

Measuring Day February! I had an unofficial earlier but my last official was December

I’ve been mostly lightweight stretching this month. The new girlfriend has eaten into my PE time and until I clean out a bedroom so that I can properly get privacy for PE I’m pretty well not getting the pumping and clamping portions done. My experiment is suffering as a result but…I stretch regularly still and the positive effects of a good sexual relationship and porn detox into the 5th week are showing.

BPEL=9.125-9.25” (+.125-.25”) Okay, so I’ve been playing around with IPR and seeing interesting things. The IPR techniques I’ve used are multiple clamps (usually 4), with erect bending, and PEFF high pressure pumping at short durations. I also have started measuring while standing up more often and see a distinct difference in BPEL. Allow me to elucidate.

When sitting down, which is how I do pretty much all of my PE, the BPEL tends to measure an 1/8 or 1/4” greater in length and for years this was my standby. During this last cycle I took up measuring while standing because my erections haven’t been fading as often due to some porn detoxification effects (still struggling with porn addiction but it’s on the up and up, I think). And, if you’re going strictly by what I’ve been using for years then I can use 9.25” as a solid sitting BPEL measurement. Otherwise it’s more 9-9.125” BPEL when standing erect. Which is gains either way, honestly.

MSEG=6” (+0.0): I’ve been flirting with gains of up to .25” but they aren’t stable enough to lay claim to. Perhaps more will arrive during this R-phase. Multiple clamps and PEFF Pumping have a good chance of offering girth gains but at this point, EQ fluctuating as hard as it has been lately…I just can’t pin it down.

Decon Decision: I’ll be down until the top of May. That’s something like 9 weeks and the season will be mostly summer by then. Hopefully, with no need to PE I’ll reduce or eliminate my porn usage. Thus, detoxing nice and solidly. That was part of why I didn’t take the last 2 sessions I kept waffling on in the entries prior to this one. Porn use to play with the four clamps is too much. I was doing too much outside of PE. *shakes head* Gotta know your limits. Might drop a measurement in at the top of April just to do it or just wait till May when I start back. Undecided. If my unofficial measurements show something I’ll make a March official. That’s what I’ll do.

Cycle Thoughts

This was my experimental cycle with IPR. I spent a lot of time during the last couple months getting information on how it was done. xenolith was instrumental in my learning of this PE discipline and while it is extreme by nature it is intuitive, if you’ve put down a lot of hours in PE with some moderate to good success. Because, knowing what successful PE looks like and feels like is the cornerstone of knowing exactly how much I-phase work that you and your penis can handle with positive results. The line between irritation and injury is so thin you have to be squinting to walk it at its most efficient. I’m not sure I’m pushing myself as hard as I can, because I’ve always erred on the side of caution and some other PE practictioners on the site have started IPR campaigns around the same time I did and seem to be going harder than I am but…I’d rather push where I’m mostly comfortable than accelerate the risk without understanding the reward patterns.

I would say it has been highly productive. Especially since I was able to see gains despite my Porn relapses. Which I talked about in several prior entries to this one. I haven’t kicked porn yet but I will. Or I’ll control it. One of the two. The support of the members here has been a good help and I also take inspiration from those like Rahman810 who have kicked it long-term. Thank you for all of your help also.

Hopefully I can go full swing into IPR this coming cycle and see gains enough to maybe get a solid 9.25” standing measurement or 6.25” MSEG. I have Tiger Trap(TT) and Tunica Tenderizer(TTr) plans but haven’t got building yet. I’m daring now. *chuckles*

Taking up the way of the Jo

In an effort to bring discipline and fitness back to the core of my life, I’ve decided to pursue some simple martial arts goals. One in particular has always intrigued me. The way of the Jo staff. Not the Bo staff, which is 6 feet long but the Jo, which is 4 feet long and handled in a much different way. I’ve always been one for compact and efficient weapon use and while Aikido is not based around efficiency, it is based around balance and discipline enough that I can benefit from this practice and familiarize myself with the Jo.

It requires no audience, no contact and just a medium amount of space if you’re careful and disciplined. I’m doing it the new-age and probably poorer method of watching and imitating without an actual live instructor but…

I do not have the devoted time to go and seek an instructor and meet with him regularly and I do have enough space in the backyard to practice in the mornings when my girlfriend leaves for work. So, I will seek some feeling of understanding and physical training through this and other fitness regimes but this one, the lowest impact and simplest, will keep my attention and give me some additional hand-eye coordination that is always good.

Why is this relevant to my PE journey?

The greatest tool in your arsenal is faith. I’ve said this before. Faith- How I got anywhere with anything However, you need discipline to keep said faith. You have to believe in what it is that you do and have the patience for the repetiveness of pursuing a goal. Especially one as repetitive as PE, as each PE goal will have countless (literally, there’s no telling how many or how few) repetitions and sessions before you reach it. Much like when I pursued and mastered the pistol, I learned that repetition, patience and failure are a part of growth. Fostering patience and temperance creates discipline, which is the best way to seek a goal. Strength of mind, heart and soul tempered through simple trials.

If that is getting up each morning, even when I don’t want to, to do 100 repetitions of an exercise with the Jo…then I will do it. This, is how you control your impulses and also create the mind that is both open to advancement and strong enough to withstand distractions. My trials with porn have weakened my resolve more than I care to admit. During this decon I plan on rebuilding that resolve since I have no actual use for porn without PE and I plan on returning to PE porn free and spending this time instead forging my skills with the Jo if nothing else. Body strength and skill for inner strength and resolve. An age old combination.

I’ve seen more wayward and shiftless people find their way through martial arts and it’s time I returned to find my way as well.

I picked this Jo length staff but any 4’ staff should suffice. I picked this because it’s nice and natural looking, not just a fancy broomstick. Also, never seen wax wood in person so I was curious.

Man, that’s a great idea.

I haven’t practiced my Jo kata in ages… I practiced aikido for about 5 years at the end of my teens, then moved away from my sensei and… didn’t find a new one.

Sometimes I still do the 1000 boken chops though.

The Bo, when I was younger, was only in heavy ass red oak. Now they have a lighter wax wood option for that but I don’t feel comfortable with the Bo. Should I get proficient with the Jo I’ll look up some Bo katas and get the wax wood Bo. The staff carries a lot of mystique for me and comes more naturally than a sword in hand oddly enough.

I hope it gets me reasonably fit. I need to get under the 25% body fat my scale claims I am. At 5’ 10.5” tall I’m 186lbs but feel sluggish.

Love to read these posts whenever I visit, ThoughtfulGold. Almost any traditional martial art is a FANTASTIC hobby / side discipline because of the emphasis on physiological AND psychological training. I’ve been in a few martial arts club in my lifetime, in fact got my black belt in a Tae Kwon Do / Tang Soo Do club, but none of them adequately focused on the internal state. It’s a real shame when martial arts clubs focus just on tournaments or getting better at fighting, when there’s so much more to training than that. MMA is rife with this, but if you look at some of the best fighters in the world like GSP, a surprisingly large number have a mental outlook and mindset that resonates extremely deeply with the teachings of traditional martial arts.

I got my first splinter/cut night before last. I’ll likely sand her a bit today. But I imagine the mental aspects have always been budding. In my line of work your skill as a fighter matters but…in PE and personal growth it’s the mental that matters. This is why I sought the Jo. Fitness and mental growth. As the Jo is still impractical as a general weapon and skill-set.

I am starting to understand the motions of the Jo and how the attacks link together. Morgan, in The Walking Dead, uses the Jo and I understand the moves he used in his debut better now. Most are found in the first 5 katas.

I’ve always been able to absorb martial arts best by sight. This helps me focus. I’ve been trying to minimize masturbation and just work with the staff when I want to jack off. (There’s a pun there but I’ll let it die *chuckles*) I have just enough space for the first 4 katas indoors. The 5th features an overhead strike that the ceiling won’t allow. *sighs*

Where does it end?

This entry is more about what I think for myself and not what is practical so take what you read here with a grain of salt and know that this is one man’s personal thoughts and inner battle with his demons and ambitions not advice I would give to anyone.

Recently, I’ve been reflecting on PE and where it all to end for me. Honestly, I came to the conclusion that it won’t. Obsession with size isn’t the only thing.

I soul searched. I meditated. I came to a truth.

The women in my life who I tell about PE would rather I not reach extravagant goals but I personally do want to.

Whether it’s deep down or on the surface I know I want to reach an absurd size. I am not 100% sure of why but that is what I want. When I think about it it makes me feel good, I dream about it and I continue to research PE not only to advise and help others but to continue to further my own personal goals.

I am not sure where those goals lie but I do know that it is north of 9” and likely closer to or north of 10”. Part of me simply wants to see how far I can go.

All I can say for sure is that I’m not content where I am and that the tools to continue on are inside me and ready for me to use them. I am not scared to own what it is I want, not anymore.

If I’m going to be absolutely huge I will make the exact distinction of what that means to me as I travel this path to its end.

I like to think I will know when I get there.

TG, im interested in more info on your extender phase. I bought one last year but couldnt make it work. im not sure even if I got it to fit that I could wear this thing all day. Did you leave the house with it on or no?

Progress, for myself and others...

Today I started a picture thread: thoughtfulgold: The Photo Album

I made a big fuss in my own head about it. I really honestly refused to ever do it. But…I’ve gotten so many people who say I inspire them and give them hope. I’ve helped people, even when I don’t realize it and…this thread, with no pics of me in it at all just hit 30k views. That makes it one of the most viewed logs on the site and I’ve been here active on Thunder’s Place less than a year as of this post. Either I’ve helped and inspired a lot of people or I’m selling one heck of a product. Maybe…it means I’ve done some good…

I like to think that even after I’m burned out and gone from this place that the pictures and posts will help. Even my clumsy as Hell attempts at PE bumbling can do some good.

I want to commemorate reaching past 9” BPEL. And Heaven knows it’s nigh impossible to get a good picture measured. We mentally don’t do it that good. We just don’t as men respond great overall to the pressure of a good erection that a ruler demands.

But fuck it, I did it. And most of my reflections will be here. I’ll still refer people here for my posts with routines and my theories here. But…I made the jump. I started a picture thread. I feel all kinds of strange about it…but damn it…

Progress pictures, the magic they represent.

Yesterday I posted a picture thread. It was a big step for me. That night and the next morning I went sorting through my penis pictures. Which I have just under 500 of, as when I started getting big enough and flirting with the girl who brought me out of my shell regarding pics I started taking pictures. Unfortunately I didn’t start really doing it till 2014 when I resolved enough of my EQ issues to show good in pictures. However…I found one picture, clear and with an object for perspective and was able to duplicate that shot here today for posterity.

The fact remains that the magic of the progress picture isn’t just for you, the reader. It actually shows me, the PE practicioner what is working and what isn’t. Today, I actually saw curve progress as opposed to 3 years ago. I actually have been making it work! The whole idea gives me as a card-carrying PE veteran hope that I may get a straight penis AND perhaps even reach 10” or beyond!

I do so sadly wish I had taken starter pictures. That I owned even one picture of my erection from 2009 or 2010. It is not to be, sadly. I was so ashamed I’m surprised I survived those times. But…I have some progress to show and I’ve decided I may actually push on to 10” JUST to have some progress to share again. So that I, myself, can revel in it properly and be happy that I did something that amazing. No one online to my knowledge has posted an honest measured 10” BPEL picture. So I want to.

I know it’s reckless. More length than anyone would ever need. But I don’t honestly care. I enjoy sex at my size and thoroughly enjoy getting bigger, hence being at PE for almost 8 years and counting. This at least gives a goal and route to my journey. And gives others who follow my progress something to draw inspiration and strength from. Because…if I can do it, anyone can!

Progress is inside you…it merely manifests when you are ready to see it.

If you could straighten out that curve, you’d probably pick up at least a quarter of an inch in length, if not more. That much closer to your goal of 10” BPEL….

As you know I am still very new at this and seeing how much that you have gained is a great inspiration. I have only been at it since January and haven’t seen much of anything yet. But with all your post and kind words I know that if I can put enough time in that I too can make good gains and not feel so bad about my size (I have struggled for far too long now with my size) Thanks again and congrats on reaching your goals.
