You are fighting for the gains you get and this is important. This effort, right here whether you are working out at this moment or not, is important to your progress. Every step you take matters and takes you closer to *your* goal. I am just here to inspire and help you, sharing the things I do. Your journey is yours.

I regularly take stock of the fact that I’ve researched tons. That I’ve done a lot to try and help out. We all earn our stripes here and when we slide up the ruler it’s hard won progress. I vastly prefer the EZ angle offered by the VelSeal by Pumptoys but supporting the tube keeps it from drooping and sucking in my testicles which splits the difference of not having a wider opening better suited to seated pump use.

Hair tie is tight, I don’t like it but my pump routine is short. This is why I am trying the method.

Tube was packed roughly 2.5” up on both sides. This is the most I’ve packed any tube that’s 2.5” in diameter. Though a round 2.5” is more difficult I only pack my 2.25” up around 4” so….this is excellent.

Thickwall cylinder opening profile still bites deep into the pubic bone, with the gasket when pressure exceeds 10HG. Going higher than 15HG with a non-flanged tube is not feasible for me as a result. I will have to use the round 2.5” if I want to go higher pressure.

Flaccid girth was same as normal hard girth post workout. 6.125”
Erect girth was 6.375” Normal increase of .25” noted
Glans width was 2.125” which is a distinct change

Conclusion is elliptical tube is worth some discomfort to continue to use and promote the width growth I’m seeking.

** You can add potency to the exercise by bending while performing the squeeze
and by alternating squeezing blood up into the glans or down into the area below your squeeze hand into the shaft. This toys with high pressure in one of the CCs, which depends on the hands you use.

Change Your Thinking To Gain At the Next Level.

I touch on this from time to time and one of the things that I’ve seen here lately discussed here: Gaining 10+ cubic inches is how exactly do you go from gaining the average 3.5 cubic inches to doubling your size or more. And really, in the comments there and in many of the things I talk about there are some common threads but I’d like to connect them for brevity’s sake and see if it can be agreed upon.

I originally had a tilted view of getting into the "ludicrous" range of size. I spoke on it here a bit and shared some of my apprehension: Shatter The Boundaries however…the fact of the matter is I need to face facts. This is my penis. This is my journey. This is my choice.

Thusly, the limitations I spoke of in that post I just linked in an entry I made a couple months back? They actually do not exist. They are a barrier I set before myself to keep myself from reaching a goal I, myself, want. Yes, there is some practical application to not reaching 10" BPEL. There’s practical application in not reaching 2.5" width. But I have to realize those for myself, not be pushed into it by someone else. And regardless of what it is that others have told me…I know what I want.

That is the key here. I know what *I* want. And it doesn’t matter who thinks it is ludicrous and ridiculous or that my reasoning is flawed. This is a choice I am making and the more I embrace what it is I’m doing, the faster the results and happiness from achieving a goal I set will come. I set goals when I first started PE. I exceeded them. But as I traveled this PE journey I set new goals. Numbers or visualizations that followed me as I strove for greater size. And I’ve always been cagey with sharing my goals, with anyone. But…that caginess is a form of shame. I can’t hide what it is I want from myself. I cannot pretend that not vocalizing my goals makes them more legitimate or less offensive.

As a matter of fact, saying "ridiculous" or "ludicrous" in reference to your goals is the worst thing you can do. Anything ridiculous or ludicrous is undesirable. It becomes unattainable because the context makes it not something you want. It becomes a limit you set for yourself. You are holding yourself back. When you say something is unattainable or "if I get that big it would be dumb" or anything similar you doom your gains to a "safe" and ultimately mediocre level. Stop that. Broaden your horizons. Change your perspective. Warp your reality into the shape you truly want.

I do know that vocalizing and embracing my goals will bring them to me faster. That’s the thing. That’s why I’m posting now. It is not just silliness to try hypnosis and subliminal conditioning. It primes you to accept the reality you seek to create where you have a penis the size of a summer sausage if that is in fact your dream. I listen to a variety of PE subliminals nightly and during my workouts custom made by a friend of mine. I can PM you her email address if you’re interested but…the truth is I have to speak on and be honest about my goals and a bit of what happened to create them. Because my goals are fast approaching and I want them here even faster. I want my mind and body primed to create the reality I’ve secretly dreamed of for years and I simply refuse to pretend that the mental aspect of PE is less important than the physical aspects. In all my years doing PE, my mental state has always been the meter for the gains I receive. Always.

The origin of the length goal is easy. Everyone where I come from, a black neighborhood with horrible manners regarding sexual matters, acts as though 8" long is average. So that meant 9" was big and half the guys in the neighborhood claimed 9" (pretty damn sure they had half that, most of them) and 10" is where the black woman seemed to show respect. This is before I started dating exclusively not black women (which is pretty much all white women for now) and finding that white women are legitimately impressed by 7" length. Seriously. Almost without exception. Even size queens set their minimum bars around 7.5" and will fuck you happily, regardless if they claim they’ve had bigger or not. But it was too late. The damage had been done. I want 10" or more in length. Simple as that. I will achieve it.

The girth goal started with some stories with the second ex-girlfriend. In essence she claimed she fucked a guy 5" long with a Campbell’s soup can for a cock. I dismissed that. It seemed too impractical. But she has this hypercunt friend who sleeps around more than she changes underwear and was sleeping with a guy "as thick as a $100 bill" and that fucked me up. However…you do take on the responsibility of accepting whatever preparation is necessary to accommodate the size that you create for yourself.

If you cannot do accept the preparation required to accommodate an extreme size penis, an extreme size is not for you.

I accept it. It is a part of my dream, the one I have hidden deep down. And the more I accept what it is I want, the faster I can achieve it. Think hard and long about what you want. Be honest. Then set it as a goal, openly in your mind. There is no point in shame or pretending. You only slow yourself down by worrying or fretting about what others think. It is you, your penis and your life. Get what you want and do not be afraid to pursue it with your entire being. That is the lesson here. And as the years have gone on in PE, this is the thing I credit my continued gains to.

Unchain your mind and free your desires to change your future into the reality that you want for yourself. Do this without hesitation or shame and your goals will rocket towards you.

Nocturnal Erections Return!

Mentally, a whole new place

Looking at the first post I can see that I didn’t go through and actually begin cold turkey until early March, maybe the 7th. It was difficult and honestly related to my hard drive crashing and going down for good, thusly costing me my desktop. However, without the ability to access my tried and true bookmarks or my sizable porn cache that seemed to regenerate faster than a planarian worm…I was able to make the jump.

Within two weeks nocturnal erections started to return. Weak at first but then stronger and more frequent. In April I noticed I was able to get erect without any visual stimulation and I started to use this to my advantage in my PE Endeavors when I came back from Decon in May.

Now, with my girlfriend I find that I’m getting erections hard enough to have sex with without Viagra and without excessive effort. Additionally random erections without putting any thought into it and with relatively minimal stimulation. Erections random enough that even on a surgery table I probably embarrassed the nurses while I was out cold. I still haven’t reached the lecel of random erections walking around in public yet but it is only a matter of time.

Marking today’s date at May 23rd from March 7th that is two and a half months. So roughly 75 days. And I can mark that today I am at a better place than I was with my last detox that I had screwed up and caused myself distress enough to do this again. I wrote on the topic some time ago here: Porn: Poison with the labels that beg you to lick them and started this new journey from that day, relapses and all.

I know that I relapsed in the course of a few weeks probably 7 times or more. I speak it on it here:

Porn lapse #2: More sex needed?

It is incredibly difficult to fight the wiring of your brain, especially when you have a defective Dopamine reflex based on images and scenarios that are not realistic and insistently defining your sex life. You’ll make excuses. You’ll be lazy. It is likely you will go back more than once and more times than you expect.

I can say overall that my confidence and happiness is higher and that my ability to get erect and ejaculate is up far more in both frequency and strength then it ever has been in my life that I can remember. And I’m only pushing forward.

Just know if you are struggling with pornography addiction (erotica, pictures, comics and audio all count as much as videos) that recovery is possible. That it is incredibly difficult the truly kick the habit. That failure is only as permanent as you let it be. But you can do this as long as you keep trying. Fall down seven times but get up eight. Or however many times it takes. Get back up one more time. Persevere, that is the only important thing and the only way that you will beat this foe.

Warming the cylinder for 40 minutes (kinda forgot it before the workout and started, remembered it was ‘simmering’) was effective due to the thickwall construction, heat takes much longer to permeate through the tube.

More heat seems to equate to less edema, despite the 100 seconds at 15HG.

I was browsing DeviantART and I found images from an artist that I like, that triggered the old responses. It was depressing and it was a brief lapse but I still get erect the way I’m supposed to.

It is just the fact that life is full of ways to slip, when you least expect it. I am still clean, porn-free, but I’m going to keep to the path. I’m posting this to let those following the journey know…it’s ongoing to stay on the wagon.

Libido from porn slip yesterday is fine. Revulsion for porn has doubled so maybe that was for the best.

Into the 4th Squeeze onward I started incorporating a bend with the squeeze, which seemed to up the intensity a good bit and reversing squeeze direction, back towards the base. So a bit like a Horse 440 only starting below the glans.

Flaccid hang into the shaft and glans is good today. Typically, on a squeeze day it is only the glans hanging heavy afterwards.

Hand cramping after 10 of these is common. It’s hard on the fingers.

Pump down due to USB failures with laptop. Will make more attempts soon.

Funny how we all are trying to better ourselves physically without realizing the positive spillover of building a stronger self image and overall confidence in general.

I try to speak on how you change on a journey like this. The amount of time and tedium it is, PE can be the same as taking up a martial art for 3 years. You learn discipline and patience. You learn your limits. You have to learn to like yourself and accept progress, no matter how slow it is.
