Hey guys! This is my first post here but I`ve been on this forum awhile. Long ago a friend of mine who had a bad experience with a woman telling that his dick was small told me about this place and that it helped him a lot, but back then I didn’t had a real interest about getting my dick bigger. However lately I`ve decided to give it a try and here is my problem. I started like 3 weeks ago and the first two sessions went normal. I didn’t use much force with my jelqs but in the same time I was not sure if I am doing it correctly. In my third session I did some aggressive jelqs which resulted in red spots on my penis.I`ve seen that its better to wait a few days and that’s what I did.. I waited like 4-5 days and the red dots disappeared. Two days ago I did some jelqing again.. And I didn’t use much force at all while jelqing and I have red spots on my penis again.. So I’m just questioning myself where am I doing wrong or is this just normal for a newbie like me? Also I must say that I’m doing the Newbie Routine and I`m concerned if I’m doing everything right. I start with some 5-10 minutes warmup trying to reheat the washcloth every 30 seconds as I do not think I’m heating my penis properly. After that I do some manual stretching using a lot of force(Sometimes I can feel my mushroom tip filling with blood because my grip is too strong and I’m pulling my penis too hard so I just leave it for a second and continue).Then I use some lube and start jelqing. Usually my erection isn’t stable and sometimes I find myself jelqing with like 30% erection. Can you please point out where I am doing wrong and are these red dots normal cause I want to be consistent but with these dots I take like 3-4 days rest every time.. Also during jelq how do I know if my penis isn’t too erect/too flaccid to jelq with?

Do you smoke? I found when I smoked I got red spots far more easily. Otherwise it may just be from poor techinique and excessive force.

No I’m trying to maintain a healthy way of living :) .I am training Muay Thai and going to the Gym regularly. Trying to eat properly and do proper PE :) .I have already seen those threads but I will reread everything again and again until I finally get it :) .Its just that when I am doing jelqs it does not feel right.. Its like I’m not doing anything. But everything takes time so I will keep on trying:) !

Red spots are normal when starting out. Nothing at all to worry about.

Let’s see, do it like this: after proper warm up and stretches work your penis to a semi-erect state. Then using a generous amount of lube take your first “o” hand and trap the blood at the base of your penis(try to kegel to get the blood flowing in) then, in one fluid motion slowly squeeze the blood toward your head making sure not to go past the bottom of your glands. Now here may be the tricky part for some beginners: do not release your first hand until you have your second hand at the base squeezing and ready to move forward. Again I like to kegel at the beginning of almost every stroke. As for the amount of force used and the red dots; take it easy at first, every penis is different when it comes to force. The red dots will likely stop happening after your unit gets mote accustomed to the exercises. So in short, take it slow, learn what works for you, and listen to what your body is telling you. Thanks for the advice Jon! I did exactly what you said and for the first time last night I felt like I am actually doing something.. After like 30-40 Jelqs my head was dark red and I could see my veins popped! After I finished I washed my penis for 2 minutes with hot water and he went to his normal flaccid state. I mean he didn’t`t looked puffed or anything? But I really felt like I did some good jelqs. Maybe the problem is that I didn’t`t do enough, because I am making like really slow strokes.. And for about 20 minutes I must have done around 80 jelqs max. Should I try and make a little faster strokes or just do slow ones and aim for like 150 jelqs for 35 minutes ?

The general rule of thumb is 2-3 seconds per stroke. You should add like 10 reps per week and aim for 200. Remember taking it easy at the beginning. Like many have said here before it’s not a race but a marathon. I started early June of this year and added 1/8” BPEL and about 1/8” to girth as well. So visually it doesn’t look much bigger to me but since the growth is so slow I may have hardly notice much change. But hell my ultimate goal is 7x5.25 so about another 1/8” for length and .45” for girth. What are your stats and goals mom4?

My stats are 6x4.75 aiming for 7x5.50 :) .As for the strokes I`ve read the same thing but I just feel that really slow strokes work for me better. Anyway tomorrow I will try to make 5 seconds strokes and do around 150 jelqs for 15-20 minutes and see how that works for me :) .

So today I did things just a little bit different and I want you guys to tell me what you think. I heated my penis with a soaked washcloth for around 10 minutes but instead of taking the cloth off under the water and putting it back I just poured it with some hot water every 20-30 seconds. After that I did some stretching and it was so much easier because I could feel me penis more elastic and heated. This effect disappeared after around 2 minutes maybe so I decided to do stretching for around 3-4 minutes more and went for a 5 minute heat again. After that I did continued with my stretching for about 2 more minutes and I started jelqing right after. I was jelqing for around 20 minutes watching porn and kegeling as much as I can because I think that helps me with the blood flow and keeps me erected. Although most of my jelqs are done with around 50% erection. However I think I am doing the jelqs correctly and this is what I do-:I put my first hand as I press it as much as I can to the pubic bone and start a slow stroke. When my hand reaches my head ring I leave it there squeezing and start with my second hand as a make a firm grip and use force enough to feel some expansion around the head with my first hand and then I cancel the grip and continue with my second hand. I repeat that and I really think its working because after the 80-90 jelq my head is dark red and all my veins are popped and I can feel them(some of them are really hard).After my jelq session I do some 3-4 minutes heating and some kegels after. Please tell me what you think about my workout and if there is place for improvement.

Thanks I will check that for sure! By the way I am thinking of switching to an IR Lamp as I think it would help with my gains/workout.Do you think its a better alternative than the washcloth? And if yes, could you provide me with some tips on what kind of lamp I should be looking for and how to use it correctly. I am beginning to understand how important heating is, and I want to improve it as much as I can.

I like Phillips IR lamps. The make is less important than the wattage - you want a 150W lamp. You don’t want to cook your penis, and the penis is not a heat sensitive organ - but the back of your hand senses heat well, so keep the back of your hand the same distance from the lamp as your penis and you will know the right distance to be from the lamp.

You don’t want to heat your testicles up too much either, so pull the waistband of your pants down to expose your penis but not your testicles, then tuck a white paper towel (or similar) into the waistband to reflect light back (dark materials absorb light).

I think IR lamps are excellent for PE - instant, non messy, great heat penetration of the tissues. They have lots of advantages.

This is my update after 4 to 5 weeks into PE! I am now at 6.10 BPEL and 5,5 EG! The problem is that I have developed Varicocele(abnormal enlargement of the pampiniform venous plexus in the scrotum).I will be under surgery in 2 weeks and will stop PEing for a month or so until I recover. The doctors told me that the most obvious explanation for the Varicocele must be that I am really tall, but I`ve been this tall for 2 years now and I just recently started PEing? So to me the reason for this injury must be PE.Anyway,even after I recover I plan to continue doing PE, my only question is how do I prevent it from happening again, and where did I go wrong the first time to begin with?

No one has a clue?(about the Varicocele)

I don’t see how PE can cause a variocele. I’ve had one for 30 years and it causes no problem. PE does not effect it in any way.
