cutting down on masturbation for gains
I currently broke up with my girlfriend and am enjoying the single life again.
I was thinking if masturbation plays a role in gains.
I was thinking if I can cut it down to once or twice a week it can help with having more frequent harder erections.
It isn’t easy though, yesterday I was edging to some porn and decided to just stop and not bust and a few hours later when I attempted to fall asleep, I got the worst urge to bust a nut and it just took over my entire body and mind and I just couldn’t help myself and when I splouged it was possibly the most intense bust in years or maybe ever. I was edging for like an hour and I was so desperate to bust, but I got this idea to just hold off and go to bed without busting, but it was too difficult; I felt that my balls and cock could get injured if I didn’t. I was thinking in the future to just not edge to porn but maybe just watch it on my off days with maybe a clamped grip at the base with my thumb and index finger and possibly some ballooning. So what does everybody think less masturbation = more erections= faster gains?
How about not busting for more gains, and just going to sleep with a throbber after a nice jelq if it is even possible.
