Hmm…

I wonder; after PE, say 9hrs later, and my next session is in 12hrs,

is it OK to masturbate?

I mean, will it make growth slower; i.e. does the blood-filling during masturabtion disturb the recovering process since last PE-session?
Or is it only a good thing, as I’ve read elsewhere… ?

I think it’s better not to do so frequent . Once a week establishes a good balance , to make good gains.

I advocate a two hour rule: no ejaculation within two hours (either two hours before, or two hours after) a workout. It has worked well for me and others.

yes regarding that rule, I definately apply it. I make sure no fiddling within 4 hours..

But, is this matter only for EJACULATION, or should onw avoid getting hard too often as well?

The rule is typically only applied towards EJACULATION. If you figure out how to safely stay hard all day you may be considered PE’s second coming.

In my useless opinion, masturbating has nothing to do with PE, it has a lot to do with the sense of guilt that Cristian religion thought us. So if we have a small penis, we must not touch ourselves. Bull shit! I had good gains without ever refraining fro masturbating every single time I felt like it, and I felt so every day of my life, as masturbating is the best sex I can get anyways.
