PE4F High Pressure Pumping: thoughtfulgold

Round 32- Tried and True

This routine mirrors Round 31. Except I did flaccid massaging with my fingers, not erect with the Tunica Tenderizer.

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around 80 minutes, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used[ Coconut oil used.

2. While flaccid, perform some massaging for myofascial unlocking purposes with my fingers. This was around 11-15 minutes of sporadic free hand finger massaging of my left CC while various states of flaccid not exceeding 50%

3. Lube penis and entry of tube, as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Used heating pad contact for entire session, removing to check tube pack status a few seconds every couple minutes.

[4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 10HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

5. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 17.5HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 3 seconds. Down times were about 2 seconds.

6. For 30 seconds cycling between full vacuum and 17.5HG and 5HG using 1 second for full (25HG), 1-1.5 seconds for 17HG and just under 1 second for 5HG.
So cycle is 4 holes for 1 second, 3 holes for 1-1.5 seconds and 0 holes for just under 1 second. (20 seconds of downtime deciding what pressure to use next)

7. For 150 seconds (2 minutes and 30 seconds) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 17.5HG, (3 holes covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 10HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then creeping up to 17.5Hg for a second or 2 by cycle end.

8. In the 6th minute, after performing another cycle, 60 seconds out of tube, massaging with a milking motion gently and reapplying vaseline. This lasts till the 7th minute.

9. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 17.5HG, (3 holes covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 10HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then creeping up to 17.5Hg for a second or 2 by cycle end.

10. In the 10th minute, did a rest and massage up to minute 10 much like in step 8.

11. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.

12. in the 14th minute, did a rest and massage like in step 10 and step 8. Resumed pressure at 14th minute.

13. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.

14. At minute 18 performed a rest and massage like in steps 8, 10, and 12. Resumed at 19th minute.

15. Total time is 22 minutes.

Other notes

1. Forgot to milk the tube for most of the workout. Want to remember this aspect.

2. Euphoria sensitivity and practicality has made me start omitting post session measurements. I feel the session is productive and this will have to do.

3. Still no perceivable edema at cycle end. Heavy feeling of penis post workout usually correlates to low edema also.

4. I moved from erect to flaccid massaging because more than one session has been derailed by orgasm. Holding an erection for long periods of time not only does it damage my sexual energy flow but it increases the chance of orgasm which immediately makes the session undoable due to post orgasm sensitivity. It cost me three sessions last week and I can’t afford nor do I wish to have that be the reason that my PE gets derailed.

4. Moving to flaccid massaging makes my routine feasible to do in the bedroom. Excellent convenience as it is much warmer.

1. Edema is down at record lows. I feel that this also signifies that less opportunity for edema exists. As, an oversize tube and high pressure with medium to long duration will generate edema. The edema I used to experience in the mid shaft is minimal to gone. This says that the tissue doesn’t need to expand to a point beyond what I can comfortably generate with water buildup. That natural, regular tissue stretch will get me to the walls of the tube. Less edema opportunity means tissue is regularly expanding to a new place fully. Regular expansion to a new place, eventually will change where that expansion starts from. Until I need a new, wider tube. It is a good trend that sets the stage for the goal of 6.3” MSEG by the end of 60 rounds. 25 to go.

2. Expansion during the minutes of 3-10 seemed greater. This is a feeling I had. Also, during that time I had to relube. There’s an ugly itching tingle that I think comes before a glans blister or vein injury that I could feel that vaseline and slower pressure spikes seems to control.

3. Euphoria and sensitivity returned. EQ post workout stunning considering edging prior

4. Post work out size feels up to normal, which is to say very good. Glans remained inflated more solidly for the duration of the workout.

5. Area of the circumcision scar, like the inside center shaft, seemed very expanded today. During the workout, it appeared like that Physiological Indicator made it more productive. This is also one of the most productive workouts I’ve had. So I’ll correlate this sensation with good progress.

Session is exceptional.

Excellent sign, and I agree completely with your conclusion. The fact you are getting very little mid-shaft edema now means that shaft area is easily expanding to fill the tube now, taking less minutes and less outward stretch force. That’s a good sign of recent girth gain and of the tissues being softer and more pliable.

At this point you should be getting close to optimal tube “fit” where the length stretch improves. Have you had signs of the end third (knob end) of your shaft fully pressing and sealing against the tube walls so it acts something like a “rubber piston”? I expect you have been getting that during the latter part of the pump session. When that happens one obvious symptom is a quick jump in length, generally you can see maybe 1/8” length increase at the same vacuum once the end of the penis acts like that rubber piston.

There is usually the sensation too that the pulling feels more like being pulled from the knob end (like a manual stretch), and less like the early stages of pumping where it feels a bit like it’s pulling from the base, pulling your base into the tube.

Anyway, congrats on the progress! I think you are around that point now with tube fit, where girth gains will slow down a bit and length gains will start to take off in a good way. And that means increased curvature straightening effect from this point too. :)

I spent time tracking that exact PI. It doesn’t come if I milk the tube or if I’m shy at all with the heat. I have to make that a top priority. Enough that after the massaging and edging that I have a second tub of vaseline at the desk so that I can start warming with vaseline on before going into the proper temperature tube. Massaging feels less vital now but I won’t skip it.

Yes. This starts happening reliably at 13 minutes. I call it the “hard packing” time.

I tried to convey that in my 5th note in that post. It definitely is taking direct tension and that PI is the one I’ve been tracking hardest.

Man it sounds like your really starting to hit your stride here with this method and hopefully will see the gains your hoping for. A couple questions for you, first I believe i remember seeing a post where you said you came right after exiting the tube from the euphoria and general good feeling. I had the same thing happen to me just now as i was just exiting the tube. Did you notice any change in size from normal?

I ask because i think the hard contractions pushed a good deal of blood in. Measured half a centimeter more girth then normal post session measurements. Not sure if this is from that or from switching up my routine to one with less time but more pressure spikes as recommended in the edema thread. Been doing it for a few days and edema is down but today felt different. It wasnt nearly as fluffy it was more like a heavy feeling like getting pumped while lifting weights or something.

I am also wondering about my tube. I have a 1.75” Leluv and have a mseg of 5.2” with pretty much the same base and about 5.6-5.7 sized head. I can only pack a small amount say the first couple inches. I am guessing a 1.5” would be too tight. Anyone make any tube in between those two sizes? Might try and find something that i can pack easier to keep the expansion im looking for but keep exema at bay. Thanks

Man it sounds like your really starting to hit your stride here with this method and hopefully will see the gains your hoping for. A couple questions for you, first I believe i remember seeing a post where you said you came right after exiting the tube from the euphoria and general good feeling. I had the same thing happen to me just now as i was just exiting the tube. Did you notice any change in size from normal?

I don’t bother measuring if I orgasm. Those measurements are too damn inconsistent to tell a lie about.

I can say that heavy feeling usually tells you edema isn’t present and IS a Physiological Indicator to watch for. It is one of my main ones I’m tracking so I would say you’re on the right track, regardless.

I am also wondering about my tube. I have a 1.75” Leluv and have a mseg of 5.2” with pretty much the same base and about 5.6-5.7 sized head. I can only pack a small amount say the first couple inches. I am guessing a 1.5” would be too tight. Anyone make any tube in between those two sizes? Might try and find something that i can pack easier to keep the expansion im looking for but keep exema at bay. Thanks

To my knowledge most manufacturers do not make a size in between those. Tubes are typically done in 1/4” increments and the CTC tubes are done in odd quarters so they go from 3/8” to 5/8” to 7/8” instead of even quarters but…I don’t like their tube style. Check out ctc company and look at their tubes if you’re sincerely interested in that. Or try a 1.5” Leluv and see how it feels. They’re cheap enough to gamble on if you’re really trying to shut edema down.

10 days off: Life happens

Looking at my log here, I can see there’s a significant gap between the last time I performed a routine and now. My life has been packed with things and attempts at PE were masturbation ultimately, because of the lack of time I have available and the lack of energy.

I do want to advise that I plan on making tomorrow a PE day and plan to keep to it. So this is 10 days off, if I work tomorrow on the 11th day.

My size hasn’t fluctuated down much. Back to what it was before, a tentative gain of .1” seems to be fickle on both length and girth. So, there is no telling what I’ll keep or end up with. I do expect that my restart may be some slower inflations. Additionally, I have a new heating pad to test, an IR style one I got wind of through another member. It doesn’t like to heat evenly because the heating elements are not evenly dispersed throughout the entire pad. But I’ll talk a bit more about that when it becomes relevant in an equipment post.
