PE4F High Pressure Pumping: thoughtfulgold

Round 36: Back after Decon of 13 days

This routine mirrors Round 35. Stopped at 20 minute mark due to discomfort. Also, IR heating pad heats too hot on lowest setting AND cuts off after an hour so it’s more annoying to time, more in notes.

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around 60 minutes off and on not steady erection time, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used Coconut oil used.

2. While flaccid, perform some massaging for myofascial unlocking purposes with my fingers. This was around 13-17 minutes of sporadic free hand finger massaging of my left CC while various states of erect up to 100% with a couple light erect bends against the curve

3. Lube penis and entry of tube, as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Used heating pad contact for entire session, removing to check tube pack status a few seconds every couple minutes.

4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 10HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

5. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 17.5HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 3 seconds. Down times were about 2 seconds.

6. For 30 seconds cycling between full vacuum and 17.5HG and 5HG using 1 second for full (25HG), 1-1.5 seconds for 17HG and just under 1 second for 5HG.
So cycle is 4 holes for 1 second, 3 holes for 1-1.5 seconds and 0 holes for just under 1 second. (20 seconds of downtime deciding what pressure to use next)

7. For 150 seconds (2 minutes and 30 seconds) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 17.5HG, (3 holes covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 10HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then creeping up to 17.5Hg for a second or 2 by cycle end.

8. In the 6th minute, after performing another cycle, 60 seconds out of tube, massaging with a milking motion gently and reapplying vaseline. This lasts till the 7th minute.

9. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 17.5HG, (3 holes covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 10HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then creeping up to 17.5Hg for a second or 2 by cycle end.

10. In the 10th minute, did a rest and massage up to minute 10 much like in step 8.

11. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.

12. in the 14th minute, did a rest and massage like in step 10 and step 8. Resumed pressure at 14th minute.

13. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.

14. At minute 18 performed a rest and massage like in steps 8, 10, and 12. Resumed at 19th minute.

15. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.

Total time is 20 minutes.

Other notes

1. Edema is down at record lows. None was felt. Full expansion was not reached though, so maximum efficiency, this is not.

2. Expansion did not reach full packing or “hard packing” status but I got the midshaft expansion I’m used to and the heavy feel I like at the end of a session. It felt like good work.

3. Euphoria was huge as a factor, edging and heavy masturbation over 4 days has me at an EQ flatline.

4. Post work out size feels up to normal, which is to say very good. Glans did not inflate as solidly.

5. Area of the circumcision scar, like the inside center shaft, seemed very expanded today. Which, out of all of the PIs, is the strangest. Post workout measurements were in my normal ranges even though expansion during the workout was less than normal. This is clear, that I have gained and the expansion I got was in fact less than normal but I was expanding a larger penis. I have consistently measured 6.2” Mid shaft or greater during this 13 day decon break. So, this reflected in my startup session.

6. Pain felt was a sharp one in the urethra. It was brief and passed but if I had even a slight rupture, vacuum could draw the blood out and make it pool in the tube again, which I did not want.

7. IR heating pad was used then removed and substituted for my normal pad. It is too hard to monitor this pad and keep it from heating the tube unevenly and very hot. As the heating pad is just two IR panels in a sleeve, the panels are flat so wrapping the tube with the pad does not get thermal energy distribution evenly on the surface of the tube, regardless of how I wrap it. I would need one that has soft, full length of pad heating elements if I wanted to make it work. So I will repurchase my old reliable cheapie when funds allow.

8. Masturbated at end of session. Did not want to but I felt absolutely amazing. I had to do it.

Intermission Complete: 45 day total decon

Well, since I’ve been gone for 45 days (that one routine really didn’t break my decon) I have to start a bit from scratch. Today, I did the following:

Routine Notes

1. Edge for around an hour. Using Wicked silicone lube for this

2. Go flaccid mostly and massage the left side of the shaft during the edging, erections inspired erect bends.

3. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.

4. The cycle was 4 minutes total.
-2 minute between 5 and 8HG
-1 minute between 5 and 12HG
-1 minute between 5 and 14/15HG

Total time: 4 minutes

Other Notes

1. My manipulation of the tube was clumsy, need to get back into rhythm.

2. IR heating pad is a dead loss. It hotspots the tube too damn hot in places that make me feel like I’ll blister.

3. No post measurements, ejaculation from edging for a few days.

Why Vaseline specifically as opposed to other lubes?

This was theorized by the original Forerunner of the technique. Many lubricants or liquids under extreme low pressure will break down and not protect your skin. Vaseline, while it will cold boil at around 25 HG, will continue to protect and not dry out as fast as some other lubricants. I have observed Vaseline bubbling in the tube when the pressure gets extremely low. I do not think that other lubricants would provide the same level of protection for the relatively low cost of Vaseline.

Hey man, just wondering what you would say to doing PE4FUN with a regular LeLuv hand pump? I don’t want to make the industrial investment yet.

I tried my first time today following your and PEforfun’s posts guidance, and BD’s posts. It takes me about 21 hand pumps to go from 0 to 20hg in 10 seconds, then hold for 5 seconds, and release to 2.5hg. Relax for 30-40 secs, then repeat. That’s 1 cycle. I did 10min today and I was getting a doughnut already. But the pump and stretch felt good. I can see gaining this way along with my other PE methods.

I want to get up to 30min like PEforfun recommends. I am 5.5" EG on a 2" tube, soft pack it to 1 inch below head, that’s probably why I get the doughnut, so I got a 1.75" tube today, for staging and hard packing for length.

Let me know what you think. Do you think it would still work given it takes about 10 secs to get to 20hg, but 1-2 secs down to 2.5hg?

On a separate but related note, would you say this IR heat lamp would be good?

It is not similar at all. I tried it with my hand pump prior to building my setup. None of your reactions are indicative of the same ones you would get with an actual industrial pump, good or bad. So if it works for you, good. But your math is all kinds of wrong.

In the 10 seconds you take to pressurize to 20HG you are under load that entire time. Not instantly to 20HG for 5 seconds. So it’s not comparable.

Alright, I’m not sure what part of my math you mean. I can only get to 20hg in 10secs. I could probably get to more but I’d risk edema since I’m not conditioned well for pumping. And then I hold for 5 secs at 20hg for a total 15secs. Peforfun said he held could hold up to 5 minutes at full vacuum (holy), but mostly 5-10 secs and 5 secs more often in his posts. Gaining 0.25” in 2 months. But he also said he’d do cycles of 45/15 secs in his profile routine, probably at his peak conditioning. This is interesting stuff though. Hope you report gains to confirm this method.

I am saying, pumping by hand is an entirely different equation. So any math comparing mechanical high force pumping to manual pumping is wrong as there are congruencies only at the beginning and end of the equation.

It is not equivalent, not saying it is bad but it is not the same and treating it as such is why you’re going to donut and see radically different PIs.

I am doing a hybrid method to see if girth can be manipulated here. You will see clamping in this campaign of PE4F pumping. The first campaign end

Session Notes

1. Edge for around 80 minutes, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used and silicone lube (Wicked) used.

2. Perform 16 minutes of clamping during edging time. 10 minutes, then 10 minute break and 6 minutes.

3. Lube penis and entry of tube (still using 2” tube for curve correction), as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Used heating pad contact for entire session,

[4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

5. For 120 seconds (2 minutes) cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 12.5HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 3 seconds. Down times were about 2 seconds.

1. PIs are strong. Post session erect MSEG is a strong 6.25” without even being fully hard. No edema noted.

2. Good tube pack at minute 5, full hard packing. Clamping seems to boost what I’m going for. I’ll probably limit it at 30 minutes, if that. A more likely scenario is holding at the 16 minute mark or so and adding more clamps to the sessions.

2. Perform 15 minutes of clamping during edging time. 15 minutes, then 10 minute break and 10 minutes. EQ was low today from excessive edging before and prior to session with ejaculation.

3. Lube penis and entry of tube (still using 2” tube for curve correction), as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Used heating pad contact for entire session,

[4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.

6. For 240 seconds (4 minutes) cycling between high vacuum and 12.5HG and 5HG using 1-2 second for full (20HG), 4-7 seconds for 12.5HG and 8 seconds for graduating up from 5HG to 12.5HG

Other Notes

1. PIs are weak. No post session erection. Edging and routine are harsh. Will take a day or two of rest and recoup.

2. Good tube pack at minute 6, full hard packing.

3. I can’t start as hardcore as when I left. Edging HAS to be limited for clamping to be maximally effective. Gotta be disciplined.

4. Routine times have variances. Will stabilize in future. Going by feel and trying to keep it format friendly. Need to use more brainpower.

**5 This heating pad is fucking boss. It has 10 settings that make it so easy to calibrate heat for your tube! I use a thinner LeLuv so #4 is perfect, warm but not too hot and can be left on the tube for a long time without overheat!

great seeing you back doing pe4f-pumping.
I am not a fan of combining two hardcore exercises (clamping+pumping) in gain intensity.
I would choose one as main exercise and the other one as side-kick (i.e . like xenolith who focuses more on clamping exercises xenolith - Finding xeno: a penis tale)

Did you ever consider cockring ballooning or edging (i.e using a oxball cockring) ?
At 60 Min+ edging sessions you are already doing, this should give a nice expansion without risking your EQ that could affect the pump work like clamping.
