Round 36: Back after Decon of 13 days
This routine mirrors Round 35. Stopped at 20 minute mark due to discomfort. Also, IR heating pad heats too hot on lowest setting AND cuts off after an hour so it’s more annoying to time, more in notes.
Routine Notes
1. Edge for around 60 minutes off and on not steady erection time, massaging occurs concurrently during edging. IR lamp used Coconut oil used.
2. While flaccid, perform some massaging for myofascial unlocking purposes with my fingers. This was around 13-17 minutes of sporadic free hand finger massaging of my left CC while various states of erect up to 100% with a couple light erect bends against the curve
3. Lube penis and entry of tube, as long as my forefinger in depth, with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Used heating pad contact for entire session, removing to check tube pack status a few seconds every couple minutes.
4. For first 120 seconds (2 minutes), cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 10HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 2-3 seconds, down was around 1-2 seconds.
5. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between just at 5HG (0 holes covered) and 17.5HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 3 seconds. Down times were about 2 seconds.
6. For 30 seconds cycling between full vacuum and 17.5HG and 5HG using 1 second for full (25HG), 1-1.5 seconds for 17HG and just under 1 second for 5HG.
So cycle is 4 holes for 1 second, 3 holes for 1-1.5 seconds and 0 holes for just under 1 second. (20 seconds of downtime deciding what pressure to use next)
7. For 150 seconds (2 minutes and 30 seconds) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 17.5HG, (3 holes covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 10HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then creeping up to 17.5Hg for a second or 2 by cycle end.
8. In the 6th minute, after performing another cycle, 60 seconds out of tube, massaging with a milking motion gently and reapplying vaseline. This lasts till the 7th minute.
9. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 17.5HG, (3 holes covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 10HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then creeping up to 17.5Hg for a second or 2 by cycle end.
10. In the 10th minute, did a rest and massage up to minute 10 much like in step 8.
11. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.
12. in the 14th minute, did a rest and massage like in step 10 and step 8. Resumed pressure at 14th minute.
13. For 180 seconds (3 minutes) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.
14. At minute 18 performed a rest and massage like in steps 8, 10, and 12. Resumed at 19th minute.
15. For 60 seconds (1 minute) cycling between 10HG (2 hole covered) and up to 13.5HG, vascilating between 12-14HG (2 holes covered, partial 3rd covered) The cycle is 30 seconds and starts with 8HG and creeps up, getting to 13-14HG by 10 seconds in, then going back and forth between 12-14HG until cycle end.
Total time is 20 minutes.
Other notes
1. Edema is down at record lows. None was felt. Full expansion was not reached though, so maximum efficiency, this is not.
2. Expansion did not reach full packing or “hard packing” status but I got the midshaft expansion I’m used to and the heavy feel I like at the end of a session. It felt like good work.
3. Euphoria was huge as a factor, edging and heavy masturbation over 4 days has me at an EQ flatline.
4. Post work out size feels up to normal, which is to say very good. Glans did not inflate as solidly.
5. Area of the circumcision scar, like the inside center shaft, seemed very expanded today. Which, out of all of the PIs, is the strangest. Post workout measurements were in my normal ranges even though expansion during the workout was less than normal. This is clear, that I have gained and the expansion I got was in fact less than normal but I was expanding a larger penis. I have consistently measured 6.2” Mid shaft or greater during this 13 day decon break. So, this reflected in my startup session.
6. Pain felt was a sharp one in the urethra. It was brief and passed but if I had even a slight rupture, vacuum could draw the blood out and make it pool in the tube again, which I did not want.
7. IR heating pad was used then removed and substituted for my normal pad. It is too hard to monitor this pad and keep it from heating the tube unevenly and very hot. As the heating pad is just two IR panels in a sleeve, the panels are flat so wrapping the tube with the pad does not get thermal energy distribution evenly on the surface of the tube, regardless of how I wrap it. I would need one that has soft, full length of pad heating elements if I wanted to make it work. So I will repurchase my old reliable cheapie when funds allow.
8. Masturbated at end of session. Did not want to but I felt absolutely amazing. I had to do it.
