PE4F High Pressure Pumping: thoughtfulgold

The numbers might be astounding, but they are correct. 20 inHg = (approx) 10 PSI, so each square inch of the erect shaft is being pulled outward by 10 pounds. Now just add up how many square inches of shaft you have.

In a large diameter tube RiseAboveMorty can possibly acheive 7 to 8 inch pumped girth, and he mentioned 19 cm pumped length which is close to 8 inch pumped length. It’s a simple math problem.

Maybe the pumping forum should have a sticky thread for pumping forces? This is beginner stuff.

Yes and those forces are acting perpendicular to the surface, so all along the shaft the force is primarily in the girth direction, not in the length direction.

The lower pressure also acts to draw more blood into the penis and the extra blood pressure expands your penis in all directions.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Perhaps. But I think that the pressure is changing (when you block or unblock the hole) it’s a dynamic system, and there will be pressure gradients throughout. We don’t care too much about getting an exact pressure measurement in the cylinder when the pressure is changing. We care more about what the pressure is when it has reached a steady state, and that’s why gprent’s observation is a valid one.

I can only hit 20hg for 60 seconds, but it takes me about 15 to get there with the Mityvac. I haven’t been doing it for multiple sets, just when I first get into the tube to get everything seated correctly then I immediately drop to around 2-5hg for my 3.25 tube, and 5-8hg if I’m in my 2.5. If I don’t do this I have to increase the pressure every minute or so as my junk slowly gets pulled in.

Been doing PE for a few years now age haven’t had an injury since my first year. I do it very carefully and listen to my body.

That’s about what I can do with a hand pump, and I’d never stay there for 60 seconds. You’re braver than I am. As I understand PE4F pumping, you reach max vacuum much faster, and hold it for less time.

I’ve done horribly violent things to my junk , a lil bit of succ is the least of my worries. I’ve wrecked my nuts mountain biking to the point where I need replacement testosterone, and I also got my PA done with a 4ga needle that looked like it belonged in a cartoon hospital. I also get really baked while I PE so I’m really in tune with my body as well as a lil paranoid so if I feel any sharp / weird pain I pull the plug instantly.

It was quite some time ago, but I was pumping regularly at 20+ inHg for minutes at a time. But never in a 2.5” tube, that’s madness! If experimenting with high forces it is important to use a safe tube size, that will stop an over-inflation injury.

Especially if using heat which makes the flesh softer and gives faster and larger expansion for the same applied vacuum force.

PE4F: Test Run/Return

Alright, entry is simple. Got back in the tube today.

Routine Notes

Edged for about 45 minutes prior to session.

Used 2” Tube with 4 holes drilled at 1/16”

Ran for 5 minutes.

Used pressures that vary from just under 5hg uncovered
Just above 5hg with 1 hole covered
7.5hg with 2 holes covered
Just above 16hg with 3 holes covered
Full vacuum predictably with all holes covered.

Session is just testing pressures and durations. I find I can go up to the 3 hole mark and hold it while milking the tube away from my body with no gasket attached. Milking does not cause a pressure increase, just as theorized.

All I did was run it and test run pressures. I would freeform test from 1-3 hole covereage. At 3 holes and 16HG I can hold it 10 seconds easily. Probably more but not pushing it on my first day back. Partial coverage of the 4th hole got me 20Hg, that I can hold for 5 seconds. I did that 4 times total. I will sketch a pressure routine and set a timer to see how well I can adhere to it.

Other notes

Actual routines are hard to pin down because it is so much cycling up and down it is hard to keep count since it is something that changes multiple times in a single minute.

Great feeling and hang afterward. Definitely back in the saddle.

Also, 4th hole seems superfluous. Single hole coverage has pretty much no purpose and the 4th hole could have been omitted altogether which would make calibration easier. I theorized this but drilled before testing. *sighs*

**Myofascial Unlocking is next on the list to prepare for pumping. The tool for that is a small vibrator with interchangable tips, pictured below. It was included as a gift with something I bought from Adam and Eve long ago, so I don’t have a product link for this or even know if this exact one is in production any longer

If you want to go back to 3 holes a drop of epoxy will fill that 4th hole. You can put sticky tape on the back of the hole, then put a drop of epoxy in it.

Since your skin hasn’t had any vacuum exposure for a while it’s a good idea to do a progressive ramp back up to normal intensity. Take maybe 10-14 days in a linear ramp up with slightly more vacuum and minutes each day. You’re an expert and know your own body but personally I would avoid any sustained high vac exposure until after the completed ramp up. (Yeah, I know you wanted to test your 4 holes! ;) )

I was familiar with the epoxy idea. I mean something that expands a touch like Gorilla would do the trick perfectly…but a whole bottle for that tiny job? *rolls eyes*

I will be doing a ramp up. I wanted an idea of the pressures and efficiency of tube milking. I feel kind of like I bought a seal from Thickwall needlessly now. Unless I want to get a sure seal in a 2.5” cylinder…*chuckles*

I’m still debating what manuals, if any, to include. I doubt I’ll be sustaining pressures at 20Hg for too long. Even prior to the burn, a few seconds was it. That said, cycling to 16Hg for 10-20 seconds could bait a blister without conditioning. That’s an obvious concern. I’m thinking I’ll make it around 12Hg or so as a baseline for pressure time. I would say 16Hg for 10 seconds isn’t terrible. But…I’m going to be cautious. My times aren’t going to exceed 5 minutes for probably 2 more weeks so…*shrugs*

Still putting the routine idea together. I appreciate the thoughts though, it’ll keep me grounded comparatively.

**Regarding myofascial unlocking, do you think the vibrator I’ve pictured above could do a better or equally efficient job as manually exercising the tunica with my fingers?

Provided the vibrator actually has some form of movement in it’s action, it would produce consistent repeated force that would be difficult to replicate without our hands.

The vibe does not have an outer moving part. I was talking about using it by rubbing in circles while it was active, on medium or high. How well would it mimic or exceed the performance of fingertips?

Hi, re the epoxy, I use 5 minute Araldite in the dual syringe dispenser. You can dispense a drop or a lot, and pop the dual cap back on, and use it hundreds of times over years. The one I have is probably 4 years old and going great.

Re the 2.5 cylinder; with application of large vacuum force and with the tunica softening effect of the dynamic pumping you would likely gain a lot of girth quick, and probably worsen your curve. Assuming you currently have one CC that inflates easier, bigger and faster it’s important to avoid that. I would stay in the 2” cylinder until your curve is gone, which might be 6 months. You will still get decent length gains, a touch of girth, and (you said important) curve correction.

Re the fascial unlocking stuff; just a fancy name for massage if you ask me. I just do “massaging” by hand before pumping, and by hand it allows me to feel how tough the flesh is and when it has loosened up. Could take me 30 seconds of massage, sometimes a few minutes. My technique is basically a pinch crush thumb and forefinger, in lots of places lots of angles.
Re the massager; never tried it. But the pinch massage needs a reasonable amount of force. More like kneading tough hard dough if thst makes sense. I’m not sure that pressing a buzzy massager up against hard dough is going to be the best way, but who knows maybe it will work great and be a breakthrough! :)

Re the routine, you’re going to need to feel it out based on how your flesh feels and your long experience detecting signs of undertraining or overtraining on your own body. I would probably aim for day 1 at 5 mins of lowish force, then ramp both force and minutes to day 14 of higher force and maybe 15 minutes. During the process obviously you’ll adjust force or minutes to counter problems and to fine tune the gains zone.

Are you planning on only once a day pumping?

I have a back massager that I sometimes use when I really need to loosen up. Normally heat and crituline will do the trick; sometimes I’ll do some jelquing before getting in the pump but I find the massager really gets the ligaments warmed up and ready to stretch. My massager is also one of those ones that “hammers” instead of buzzing so if I hold my shaft in one hand and the massager in the other, it either chatters on the surface ( edema reduction / edging) or goes deep and shakes the whole thing from root to tip (discoloration / deep tissue massage) I’m too lazy to use it for every workout, but I find it helps when I’m healing some minor injuries or just don’t feel up to it.

I may end up buying some more epoxy. I had some that wasn’t dual syringe and keeping the two elements wrapped, supple and not dried out but apart was a bitch.

I wasn’t going to use the 2.5” any time soon. The seal I bought, it is large enough that I could easily get the 2.5” to seal and I noted this. As it stands, the cushion is too thick to use in my 2 or 2.25 tubes and I paid like $22 and $17 to ship the damn thing…*shrugs*

Your method of massage, compared to this simple vibrator, is obviously more involved. I think I’ll take the pinch method you describe. I’ll probably ramp up slower. It depends. Right now, with the ex still living with me I have to wait until she’s sleep or gone to PE and these prospects are quite rare at the moment for reasons. I planned on doing it once a day, taking a simple day then ramping up harder than the last. Probably holding steady on the first and ramping on the second, with a 3rd or 3rd and 4th day off.

All of this will of course depend on how much of this feels optimal versus suboptimal or overdone. With her behind me right now, the night session may be a wash. *sighs*
