PE4F: Test Run/Return
Alright, entry is simple. Got back in the tube today.
Routine Notes
Edged for about 45 minutes prior to session.
Used 2” Tube with 4 holes drilled at 1/16”
Ran for 5 minutes.
Used pressures that vary from just under 5hg uncovered
Just above 5hg with 1 hole covered
7.5hg with 2 holes covered
Just above 16hg with 3 holes covered
Full vacuum predictably with all holes covered.
Session is just testing pressures and durations. I find I can go up to the 3 hole mark and hold it while milking the tube away from my body with no gasket attached. Milking does not cause a pressure increase, just as theorized.
All I did was run it and test run pressures. I would freeform test from 1-3 hole covereage. At 3 holes and 16HG I can hold it 10 seconds easily. Probably more but not pushing it on my first day back. Partial coverage of the 4th hole got me 20Hg, that I can hold for 5 seconds. I did that 4 times total. I will sketch a pressure routine and set a timer to see how well I can adhere to it.
Other notes
Actual routines are hard to pin down because it is so much cycling up and down it is hard to keep count since it is something that changes multiple times in a single minute.
Great feeling and hang afterward. Definitely back in the saddle.
Also, 4th hole seems superfluous. Single hole coverage has pretty much no purpose and the 4th hole could have been omitted altogether which would make calibration easier. I theorized this but drilled before testing. *sighs*
**Myofascial Unlocking is next on the list to prepare for pumping. The tool for that is a small vibrator with interchangable tips, pictured below. It was included as a gift with something I bought from Adam and Eve long ago, so I don’t have a product link for this or even know if this exact one is in production any longer
