This session I wasn’t sure I would do. The last couple of days I’ve been lethargic and this session came right before bed late at night. I had already missed a scheduled day yesterday and was annoyed about it…so this session was kind of a gimme.
Routine Notes
1. Edge for around an hour. More like 70 minutes, tonight. Coconut oil used for edging purposes.
2. While erect, perform some massaging for myofascial unlocking purposes with my finger tips. I am mostly erect and poking and mildly massaging and squeezing my fully erect left Cavernous Cavernosum for this. Did some flaccid massaging as well. This was around 18 minutes
3. While massaging tissue, warmed tube wrapped in heating pad for 18 minutes. 2” tube as usual here.
4. Lube with vaseline. Enter tube flaccid. Hold tube and heating pad with left hand as pressure is started.
5. For first 60 seconds, cycling between just under 5HG (0 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up cycles were around 3 seconds, down was around 2 seconds. I mixed in some pulses at 15HG as well, a second or two on the up cycles.
6. For 60 seconds cycling between just under 7.5HG (2 holes covered) and just over 16HG (3 holes covered) Up times were 2-3 seconds. Down times were 3 seconds.
7. For 120 seconds cycled between 15HG (3 holes covered) and 7.5HG (2 holes covered). Up times were up to 3-4 seconds. Down times were 2-3 seconds. During the up cycle, I would sometimes cover all holes for full vacuum of a fraction of a second, then uncover them to 3, then to 2 so pressure wouldn’t drop below 7.5HG.
8. For 60 seconds cycling between full vacuum and 15HG and 7.5HG using 1 second for full, 2 seconds for 15HG and 3 or 4 seconds for 7.5HG.
9. For 60 seconds cycling between full vacuum 2 seconds, 15HG 3 seconds, down time 3-5 seconds at 7.5HG.
10. Freestyle pulsing to see maximum length. Marked at 8.75 under full vacuum. 4.25” of tube packed at full vacuum counting from left side. Total time 53 seconds.
Other notes
1. I hit my stride. Right around 2:40 I started feeling that worked feeling and I think it is the higher pressure, shorter cycles that get that worked feeling inside of the penis. Loved the post workout. Euphoria returned and it caused me to orgasm, inadverdantly trying to get post pump measurements.
2. Post pump MSEG was 15.9cm or 6.25” easy. Glans erect state has a new level of fullness on the topside of the tip. Not where the front contact surface is but the top, where it meets the eye and camera is now fuller. Glans length was easily above 2” post pump. Glans width right at 2 or so. Hoping this leads to glans gains in length and girth.
3. Need to get this routine running during the day so i can use an ADS and preserve these post pump gains.
4. No more milking the tube. Cylinder bite is now bearable enough that a seal isn’t required. I wish I hadn’t paid the money for the one I couldn’t even fit on this tube.
5. Starting to wish for an IR heating pad.
6. Orgasm post session was unplanned but explosive. As in shooting cum a few feet away in shots like out of a porn. Decidedly unlike me.
