Honestly, no. I still find 23-25HG gives the maximum. Over time, during a workout, the difference in vacuum pressure and expansion level tends to drop. This is the purpose of my original idea of trying to get full tube packing and after that dial down below 17HG.

However, I find 17-20HG reliably expands well and is bearable. And, if I couldn’t jumpstart packing with 23-25HG eventually 17-20HG would give the same results. But it wouldn’t be 5 minutes into the workout. Probably 7 or 8 minutes and overall a slower process requiring greater duration.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

Maybe what I think is 20 on my machine is just a slower pull to full.

I hope you see some gains. It’s cool to see numbers on the pressures, and see the multiple release hole pressure system working.

I like that routine (round 17) better thoughtfulgold. Reducing the force during the latter stage of the session and adding minutes is a good change. Because the softening effect will build over the course of the session and once softened it doesn’t take as much force to keep that level of expansion.

And if/when you increase frequency and carry more softening from a session to the next session then overall you can use less force once the sessions are regular and frequent.

For a-unit and BeardedDragon re the amount of vacuum force; I had problems including injuries etc trying to prove a “best” force level for pumping. The more data I got the more it seemed to be highly variable. It can take high force at the start but as the tissues get appropriately softened and weakened that amount of force is then too much! So it means using as much force is needed to get into “the zone” but then a lot of attention to reading the symptoms and always tuning and reducing the force to the right amount. Especially if frequency and regularity are high so the softening builds up, and the force then needs to come down a LOT.

So my thoughts are that you don’t need a fixed “high force” so much as the RIGHT force for the conditioning you have at that very minute when pumping.

Sometimes I insert a “fleshlight” into the vacuum tube when doing PE4F pumping to get a different pull.

It feels like I get greater tunica pull and reduced CC and glans expansion/stress.

It might be a nice way to pump if the penis is bottle necked by the tunicas insane tensile strength.

I mean, if you’re curious, you could easily do an inline gauge. Ernie linked the adapter and male barbed ends you would need to splice one in. Whole setup is probably a $25 modification.

This way you could calibrate your workout and quantify what you do from session to session.

I had run that set of numbers my first tube pack. I just hadn’t hard tested below 17hg but knew I got a different reaction pattern starting at 12hg, as a general. I thought it would be enough but had to get the situation proper for a fair field experiment. My base theory was get to packed and dial it down as low as possible, lower as the pack was tighter. Exactly how low when was not felt through yet.

I am going to try to move to daily sessions after today’s set.

You mean the inside of a flashlight into the tube? Which one do you use for what size cylinder?

Not really something I want to try yet but I’m sure there are folk curious.

In theory, it is similar. Hanging fatigue is less force, in a linear way so it doesn’t last as long.

Pumping fatigue, since its an all-around stress with such high forces lasts longer.

In practice, it is the exact same thing though. Fatigue loads, in principle, are lighter than the loads it took to reach it and that lighter load does the lions share of the work in duration and raw minutes. I like the summation and equivalency drawn there, cap.

Yeah a fleshlight-like equivalent. A generic pocket pussy brand silicone thing.
I use a 2” cylinder that I’m already pretty close to packing under vacuum. I inserted the pocket pussy inside the cylinder creating a really tight fit where I wont be able to get it in erect.
It prevents the penis from expanding fully inside the cylinder yet I get the high torque pull on the ligaments.
The great thing about this technique is that you can change the direction of the cylinder in any direction like a pivot point allowing specific ligaments to be targeted.
kinda like a vacuum hanger except that the vacuum is targeting the whole penis and not just the glans. Pocket pussy and penis should lubricated.
I haven’t tried any hanging with it yet. Only PE4F cycling.
Whether this is a good technique or not is unknown for now but based on my experiences I believe there is some potential here.

It makes me think about the possible application of hanging in between sets of pumping. I have heard of this in the past with more standard pumping styles but applied here properly it could be a true length breakthrough.

Though, it would require light to medium weight and very careful and gentle calibration of said weights as well as durations. The sheer amount of work in a day that could be accomplished would have to be carefully monitored. Theoretically though, the amount of length and girth work that could be accomplished using them in tandem would be tantamount to incredible and maybe press the limits of the penis to deform in a set time period.

I may have to test this at some point in the future. A light to medium weight hanging session or 3 after some PE4F pumping could jumpstart length games that I had not known would be a truly viable factor.

Well that makes sense. I’ve never tried hanging but I think hanging is equivalent to higher-force pumping because it applies a large (known) amount of force to stretch the tissues.

The pumping alone is capable of providing too much workload, especially if using higher vacuum force >12 inHg and if the tissues have been softened by regular application of fhat force. I just don’t see that any hanging would be neccessary?

On the other hand, hanging could apply pull force without causing any vacuum skin damage so maybe it would be viable if the person wants to get the same workload as hard pumping, but by doing some pumping and some hanging.

Apart from the skin damage problem, the facts that pumping pulls from the glans through to the ligaments, and that pumping gives greater than normal erect girth while stretching length, put pumping far ahead of hanging in my opinion.

I thought I’d give this whole thing a try…

I bought the setup that TG recommended, but made a few changes to the tubing and fittings for a simpler and (somewhat) cheaper design. The first vacuum gauge I bought from Amazon was defective, so I sent it back and they sent me another one that works properly.

First few times I tried this, I think I was using too much vacuum. With TG’s suggestions, I backed off a little so the max pressure I get to now is around 20” hg. I do 2 sets of about 10 minutes each, with a short break in between to massage in some fresh blood and restore circulation. I don’t do a steady 20” hg. I’ll cover the vent hole briefly, let the gauge get to about 20” hg, and then back off. I do about 4 cycles a minute after I’ve become acclimated. I wrap the cylinder with a heating pad during the routine.

One of the cool things I noticed is that the high vacuum stretches my penis more in the tube - about a half an inch. I used to reach 8.5” at low pressures, but at high pressures, I get to 9”. That’s not growth or gains by any means, but it still is cool. At the end of a 20 minute session, I am tightly packing my 2x12 cylinder, the entire length of my penis. That never happened before either. I’d normally pack the bottom 4-5 inches, but not all the way. That’s pretty cool too.

I only do one or two PE4F sessions a week, on the weekends when my wife isn’t around. The rest of the time it is a little regular pumping with a manual pump, some light hanging, and an ADS in between.

Problems I’ve had with this setup:

1) my pump is noiser that I would like. If it was really quiet, I could use it when my wife was sleeping in another part of the house. Not a chance with this thing.
2) my pump leaks oil. A little pool of oil forms on the top of the pump. I have to clean it up very carefully or it will wreck the carpet.
3) the 1/8” vent hole is really too big. I’d suggest that others try 2 or 3 1/16” holes instead. You can control the pressure more easily that way. The 1/8” hole gives me less than 5” hg in the tube. That gives you only 2 choices: 5” hg pressure, or 30” hg pressure. It is nice to have some choices in between.
4) I think it is a good idea to protect the skin on your glans for high pressure pumping. Some microfoam tape, or a silicone cap, or both will offer some protection from blisters.

This is a different experience than regular pumping. Once I pack the cylinder completely, it feels more like hanging than pumping. You might like that, you might not.
