I have taken several months off PE, and I will have two more months of a break ahead of me.
I messaged Titleist to get his opinion, but I’d love to have yours.
Should I restart and do the Thunder’s Place newbie routine, or the JP90 at PEGym?
I do not want to allow myself to do extreme PE that will harm myself ever again. (at least no extreme PE I’m not ready and educated about/for)
But it certainly seems like I’m as hard of a gainer as it gets and I would love to start over and do things right.
I’m in a much healthier mindset now that my ex and I split up, I no longer compare myself to her “huge” ex. I just want to be bigger for my own confidence and what I think is an ideal size for my body.
I don’t expect you to remember, but I am aiming for girth more than anything, perhaps a 80/20 girth/length gain desire with an overall goal of moving from 7x5.1 to 7.5x5.5/5.75
I will be on a strict diet and workout plan for the next two months (I plan to keep it going past the two months but that’s where it starts due to moving to another city with a friend who’s a personal trainer for now).
I also am considering purchasing a Phallosan Forte or some sort of extender.
I apologize for hi-jacking your progress log with my questions, you just are clearly one of the most knowledgeable peers the PE world has.
I’m ready to do this SAFE and CORRECT.
