Guys what about PE and sex?? I see in the site that you must avoid masturbation on hour after you PE, but what about sex?

I read that 4 hours before and after PE, no masturbation and sex.

All I thought was no sex before a fight….

Too many opinions, not enough solid facts. The rule of thumb is masturbating immediately before or after PE is not a great practice, as far as how much time before or after is up to your unit. I personally Don’t masturbate at all on PE days, wait at least 6 hours after PE before sex, and do not PE that day if I have had sex already. Some would say it’s extreme, but again, mine is one of way too many opinions. A main point to make is that we are under the assumption that these activities involve ejaculation, I would think it’d be a great idea if you could have sex without ejaculation several times a day with your workout, you could include it as part of your workout. But I’m just rambling now.

Under6dreamof9 my big problem is not the masturbation, I don’t do a lot, sometimes get one or two week off, now I cannot schedule my sex nights, hehehe is a little problem, and my girlfriend don’t know that I PE

I usually do some stretches while taking the after-sex shower :)

And you DON’T HAVE TO wait 62minutes:14seconds until you can masturbate either. It’s all about will power on that hand (npi). Sex on the other hand, if you can get it up DO IT whenever!
