Is it ok to ejaculate after a PE session?

I do it and I don’t seem to have a problem. I usually can’t help myself. Haha.

I think I heard that you should avoid it within 6-7 hours before and after PE’ing. I admit it is difficult to resist though. I honestly wonder how much a difference it actually makes, but hey…Im a nube so what do I know. I also admit that it seems that my penis stays larger for longer after PE if I dont finish off. Common sense tells me that perhaps its better to leave it alone for while based on this.

In what way is it supposed to negatively affect your gains?

Not trying to be a smart ass but generally, you are trying to gain, if it is negative then your not gaining as much. I’m not sure if that means length, width, or both if that is your question. All you can do is search this forum for the many similar threads that are here and form your own opinion about it. I don’t believe there is any solid evidence either way.

Why do you new guys even think that there would be a problem with masturbation and PE? What gives you the idea that it might hurt your gains? How does this question form itself in your mind?

And… why do none of you ever SEARCH for the answer before you ask the most frequently asked question on Thunder’s Place?

Well I believed it for a couple of reasons. For one I don’t know what makes the dick grow so I figured any extra activity may upset my PE workouts. Second I’ve heard that masturbation significantly reduces testosterone levels, which doesn’t sound good at all for gains.

About the searching… I usually do search most of the time (I did for this particular question when I was curious) but for some things I just don’t bother. Ya, almost all topics have already been covered on the board already, but I really don’t want to wade through several threads to find an answer that may or may not be right. Better to just ask sometimes. Like I said pretty much everything has been covered already so I don’t see what’s so bad about having redundant threads.

Not to mention it’s on the main page of t’splace.

Besides, my question in this thread is: why do new guys think jerking off is bad? Where do they get that idea? And once they read something here that puts that thought into their minds, why don’t they just search for an answer instead of asking, for the umpteenth time, in a new thread?

Everyone is different. Many veterans, myself included, have gained while masturbating or having sex on the same day (or even in the same hour) that we’re doing PE exercises. There’s no physiological reason to think that ejaculation will “reverse” gains or limit gains made by jelqing, stretching, hanging or clamping. It’s all hearsay without any conclusive proof.

Besides that, it’s up to the individual to decide how his workouts will mesh with his sex life. And asking again, and again, and again will not provide any new information that can’t be gleaned from the dozens of posts already made on the subject.

They don’t have to learn it from somewhere. They may have insticts about it.

Believe it or not, I always “smelled” bad things about *ejaculations” (not masturbation, the real problem is ejaculating). Although everyone around me thought and said it was no problem.

Then I read a book by mantak chia, who is an expert about taoist sex, and then everything became clearer for me.

I don’t think that way.

Your opinion is the common approach, but it’s not true. Because I’ve seen the big change myself, when I cut down ejaculations.

Not just at the PE department, but at all aspects of my life in general.

And I said ejaculations, not sex.

And I want to make a point about “asking again, and again, and again”

There is no “ultimate truth”. The same topic may have been discussed 100 times, but that doesn’t mean you won’t see anything different 101th time. Because:

-discussion will be done with different people, at a different time.

-asking questions and sharing ideas is the essence of the forum concept.
